2 Day Kruger Shalati - the Train on the Bridge Tour 2026

You'll be collected from Johannesburg OR Tambo airport, arriving at Shalati around 13:30-14:00. Check-in to your suite by 14:00 and relax until 16:00, when High tea is served in the lounge carriage.

At 16:30, depart on a 3-hour afternoon game drive with a drinks break at sunset. Return to the train by 19:30 for dinner at Bridge House and enjoy a restful night in your private suite.

Be ready by 05:00 for departure on your final morning safari of 3 hours with a tea or coffee stop at sunrise. Hopefully you have good sightings of some nocturnal animals elusive up to now, before heading back for breakfast that is served from 08:30 to 10:00.

Take some time to pack and enjoy a final glimpse of the river and its surroundings before checking out. Your shuttle will then transport you to OR Tambo International Airport.
