- The Hanging Church, one of Egypt's oldest churches built above a Roman gate.
- The Church of Saints Sergius and Bacchus, traditionally believed to be a resting place of the Holy Family
- The Ben Ezra Synagogue, with origins dating back to the 9th century.
Continue to the Monastery of St. Simon, a remarkable cave church carved into Mokattam Mountain.
DAY 5 - JANUARY 20 (B/L/D)
ASWAN HIGHLIGHTS
• Early morning flight to Aswan.
- Visit the Temple of Philde, a Ptolemaic temple dedicated to the goddess Isis and relocated to Agilkia Island.
