Arrival to Buenos Aires (not on Tuesdays). Private transfer from Ezeiza International Airport. Check in at selected accommodation.

Day 2: Buenos Aires

Breakfast. At 9.00 am, Buenos Aires City Tour:  You will discover the beauty and wonders of Buenos Aires city, viewing the National Congress, The Metropolitan Cathedral next to the Government House in May Square area among other important buildings. You will catch a glimpse of the Colon Theater, one of the most important opera houses in Latin America and San Telmo, traditional neighborhood where Tango performances can be seen in many bars and restaurants. There is an important stop at La Boca colorful neighborhood, which was seat of immigrants - mainly Italians - and now home of some artists.
Enjoy Palermo, an area that combines its architecture and history with entertainment and amusement in its green spaces. Finally, La Recoleta, an exclusive and elegant neighborhood where the famous cemetery is found. Alternative at no extra cost: Buenos Aires Bike Tour. If you want a more active tour to discover the corners of Buenos Aires with a small group and pedal your way along the city streets, the bike tour is your choice. Day 3: Overnight Travel

Breakfast and check out. In the evening find your own way to the Bus Station (Retiro) to take the night bus to Puerto Iguazu.

Day 4: Puerto Iguazu

Arrival in Puerto Iguazu. Transfer from Puerto Iguazu  Bus stations  to hostel or hotel and check in. Free Day to relax by the pool or to walk about the village

Day 5: Puerto Iguazu, Iguazu National Park (Argentina)

Breakfast. At about 7.45 hs, to be reconfirmed by local guides:  Excursion to the Falls, Argentine side (Full Day):

Pick up at accommodation. This Tour will take you to visit part of the Iguazú National Park, that preserves 67.000 ha. of giant trees, vines and ferns living with multicolored butterflies, birds and mammals, all part of the rich local flora and fauna.

The park was declared Natural World Heritage in 1984, due to its scenic beauties and the great biological diversity of the subtropical jungle. The famous falls are in the heart of this Park.

You will start the visit at the Local Museum and continue the tour along the Lower Trail, from where you can see the "Two sisters Falls", the "Bossetti Fall", the "Hidden Fall", a panoramic view of "San Martin island" and the "Union Fall".

Later you will walk the Upper Trail shifting along walkways located above major falls up to the majestic "San Martin Fall” from where you have a panoramic view of the Brazilian falls.

Finally, you go with the Train of the Jungle up to "Devil's Throat" station. From there, after a 1,000 meters walk along the catwalks, you will reach the spectacular "Devil's Throat", where the Iguazu river expresses itself with all its strength and the falling water gives the illusion of magic rainbows. You will be transferred back to accommodation

Day 6: Puerto Iguazu, Foz do Iguacu

Breakfast. At about 7.45 hs, to be reconfirmed by local guides:   Excursion to the Falls Brazilian Side, half day:

Pick up from accommodation. The guide will take you to visit the wonderful Iguazu Falls, on the Brazilian side, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Argentine side, perfect for taking the perfect picture you could not take when you were in the other side.

You will get close to "Floriano", "Deodoro" and "Benjamin" waterfalls and the walkways lead you also to "Santa Maria Falls." It is a short but stunning tour. After the tour, if you are hungry, the guides will offer a stop in a Brazilian all you can eat restaurant. It will depend on your budget but it is quite a good value for money and it is your chance to try Brazilian dishes! You will be transferde back to accommodation.

Day 10: Purmamarca, San Antonio de Los Cobres, Northwest Argentina

Your full-day adventure begins from your Salta hotel. Admire the scenery as you drive north, winding along the Rio Grande, and climbing through the foothills of the Andes Mountains. Get a glimpse of local life as you pass through the sleepy villages of Yala, Volcan, and Tumbaya, and enjoy plenty of stops to take in the views and snap photos. Arrive in the lively village of Purmamarca, famous for its daily handicrafts market and its spectacular backdrop, in the shadows of the Cerro de los Siete Colores (Hill of Seven Colors). Stand in awe before the multi-hued peaks, then journey on through the Humahuaca gorge, driving along the dramatic mountain passes of Cuesta del Lipan, Cuesta del Saladillo, and Abra del Potrerillo. Jump out to take photos as you climb to a height of 13,615 feet (4,150 meters), marvel at the mountain vistas, and look out for llamas and vicuñas grazing on the hillsides. After an unforgettable drive, arrive at the day’s star attraction – the Salinas Grandes, an awe-inspiring expanse of gleaming white salt flats. You’ll have free time to explore the salt flats, leaving plenty of time to experience the unique landscapes and pose for the ubiquitous forced perspective photos. Head back to Purmamarca and time to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Browse the market stalls for handcrafted souvenirs, before the return journey to your accommodation.

Day 11: Salta, Quebrada de Humahuaca, Tilcara

The Humahuaca Gorge is a long narrow and arid valley surrounded by beautiful and colorful mountains.  In addition to its natural beauty, this gorge follows the line of a major cultural route, the Camino Inca, offering substantial evidence of its use as a major trade route over the past 10,000 years. It features visible traces of prehistoric hunter-gatherer communities, of the Inca Empire (15th to 16th centuries) and of the fight for independence in the 19th and 20th centuries.

During the tour we visit the villages of Purmamarca and the Seven color hill, Tilcara, Uquia and Humahuaca. Arrival to Salta at 7 – 8 pm. Drop off at accommodation and check in for your last night in Salta

Half Day Wineries Tour in Mendoza

This kind of tour is designed for people interested in knowing  the whole process of wine production. This tour covers the closest producing departments of wines in Mendoza:  Maipú, including a visit to 2 wineries and an interesting visit to a factory of olive oil or a chocolate factory and artisan liquors. In each of the wineries there will be a wine tasting and a little talk of how to taste a good wine.

15 km away from the city of Mendoza, Maipu county is an area of ​​717 km2, cultivated mainly with high quality grapes, olives, fruits and vegetables. In the wine aspect it is located in the so-called "First Zone" of Argentina for its spectacular agroclimatic characteristics.

In Maipu, there are a variety of companies based mostly in an industrial zone with all amenities and a strategic location for its proximity to the bi-oceanic corridor linking ports in Chile and the Atlantic, through the National Routes 7 and 40, railways and international airport.

In all its districts, Maipú offers interesting places to visit: wineries, vineyards, campgrounds, museums, agro-tourism activities, with food service, and urban and rural lodgings.

Day 14: Mendoza, Potrerillos, Uspallata

Aconcagua Valley Day Trip

This high mountain itinerary is a wonderful tour through all the most important and typical landscapes of Mendoza, like Potrerillos and its dam, Uspallata Valley, Penitentes Hill, the incredible human-shaped rocks and it’s ski centre, The astonishing Puente del Inca (Inca’s Bridge) with it’s history and it’s thermal waters. One of the highlights is The Aconcagua Provincial Park, where the highest mountain in the American Continent is located. There we take a walk to Horcones Lagoon to enjoy the astonishing view.

We also reach Las Cuevas and Cristo Redentor, a historical monument, landmark between Argentina and Chile (we visit it only in summer due to difficult weather conditions). There are programmed stops during the tour, one of them is at lunchtime.
