The road transfer from Johannesburg to Impodimo will take +-4 hours. Once you arrive at the lodge, you will have time to settle in before heading on the first afternoon game drive (time permitting)
The morning game drive starts at sunrise. You will wake up before dawn for tea and coffee before the game drive starts. Then, you are off for 3 hours to find as many animals as possible before they all find trees to hide under in the heat of the day.
When the game drive returns to the lodge, you will be served a delicious hot breakfast and have time to relax. You can sit by the pool, read a book, take a nap and absorb being out in the bush.
After high tea, the afternoon game drive will start around 3:30–4:00 PM. It will last for +-3 hours, with a stop somewhere for sundowners. You will return to the lodge in the dark, with a spotlight to look for nocturnal animals.

After your last morning game drive and breakfast (time permitting) you will be transferred by road back to Johannesburg. We will be happy to help with any add-on safari arrangements, including journeys to Cape Town and Victoria Falls
