Early in the morning, you will be transferred to the airport of Singapore.

Flight from Singapore to Yogyakarta.

Upon your arrival you will be met by your local guide outside of the gate.

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Yogyakarta. First, you will visit the Sultan's Palace, also known as Kraton. Built between 1756 and 1790, it is one of the best examples of traditional Javanese architecture. The palace serves as a museum showcasing Javanese relics and remains the residence of the Sultan to this day. 

Next, continue on foot to Taman Sari Water Palace by becak (trishaw), an addition to the royal complex built over 200 years ago by the first Sultan to provide bathing pools for women.

After that, you will be transferred to your lunch spot.

Then, explore the ancient Hindu temples at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Prambanan, located 17 kilometres from Yogyakarta . Built-in the 9th century, this collection of temples features three main inner shrines dedicated to the Hindu trinity of gods: Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. The guide will explain the history and symbolism of the temples as you walk around.

After this interesting day, your driver will bring you to your new accommodation, to the Amanjiwo, located in Central Java.

After the breakfast, your guide will wait in the lobby for your exciting tour around Java's famous temples.

Experience the Borobudur temple and learn about the incredible history behind its construction while soaking up magnificent views of the temple. Comprised of thousands of volcanic and river stone blocks, the temple was built by hand and took more than 75 years to complete. Today, the UNESCO World Heritage site is still visible in its full glory with magnificent carvings and an unusual, yet surprisingly beautiful bulk structure.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Following the lunch, enjoy an in-depth exploration of Candirejo, a typical rural village. Travel by dokar, a local horse cart, crossing small lanes lined with traditional houses. Pass by scenes of daily life, such as making cassava crackers or harvesting seasonal crops. Stop often to take photos or to chat with the locals, learning more about their typical activities and rich traditions.

Say farewell to the residents of Candirejo and wrap up the day trip with a camera full of memories.

Your guide will bring you back to the hotel.

After your breakfast, it is time to say goodbye to this incredible sanctuary. Your local guide will pick you up and transfer you to the airport of Yogyakarta for your flight to Denpasar in Bali. 

Upon your arrival at the airport of Denpasar,  you will be greeted by a local guide and assisted for a private transfer to Ubud (driving time approx. 1.5 hours).

Welcome to the Amandari, your accommodation between lush rice terraces and green forests.

Enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant.

After your breakfast today, you will visit Ubud Palace or Puri Saren Agung, the official residence of the royal family of Ubud. Well maintained, the palace features delicate stone decorations. Explore the front yard which is accessible to the public.

Walk to Ubud’s main market. Get an introduction to local daily life while mingling with the shoppers who come to buy the fresh fruits, spices and other ingredients on offer. Browse the colourful flower-filled stalls in one section of the market, learning how they are used to make temple offerings.

Before lunch, visit the rice terraces of Tegalalang. Enjoy stunning views at every turn. Stop often for photos and to explore charming villages, catching a glimpse of life in the countryside.

Lunch will be served at a delicious local restaurant.

Return to the hotel.

Enjoy your dinner at a lovely local restaurant.

This morning after enjoying breakfast at the hotel, check out from Amandari.

At 09.00, you will be met by the guide and driver for a short drive to the village of Mas. The village priest will welcome you and you will receive a private blessing of him, which is performed in the sanctity of the house temple. 

Afterwards, continue your transfer to Candidasa (driving time is approximately 1.5 hours).

Check in to the wonderful Amankila located at a paradisic beach.

Enjoy tonights' dinner served at Amankila.

A wake up call this morning is set at 05.00. Breakfast will be served in a meal box and the pick up time is at 06.00. Transfer to Denpasar airport for your flight to Singapore.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to the Raffles  Hotel.

Check-in and enjoy your stay.

This evening, you will be picked up at 18:30 at the hotel with the guide and driver and transferred to Singapore River for an evening spent along the vital waterway of Singapore.

Cruise down the Singapore River in a traditional bumboat to see the legacy of Singapore's history. This is the best way to see the pivotal role the river played in Singapore's history as a port town. The cruise passes godowns and old shophouses, that now stands as a silent reminder of its humble past. Cruise past old colonial buildings contrasted with imposing modern skyscrapers. Guarding the river mouth see the majestic water-spouting Merlion - a mythological half-lion, half-fish creature a successful symbol of Singapore's tourism industry. 

End the tour with a seafood dinner along the riverside. Savour an authentic dish of chili crab served with mantou (fried Chinese buns), a local favourite and a must-have in Singapore!

Choose to stay around the area to explore Singapore’s glittering nightlife or be transferred back to the hotel.

You will check out late today in the evening at 22h00.
