Upon your arrival into Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met airside by a representative who will be providing you with VIP assistance through fast track immigration and customs formalities, aiding you with luggage collection, before escorting you to your waiting vehicle and driver from Giraffe Manor. (NOTE: As in all airports in the World, at times of heightened security, including visits by Heads of State etc., our Fast Track intentions may be adapted to suit the situation of the day).

The Giraffe Manor driver will transfer you across Nairobi in your private vehicle to the Giraffe Manor for your overnight arrangements on a full board basis in the Finch Hatton Suite. The drive from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Giraffe Manor will take approximately 45 minutes, depending on the traffic.

After breakfast at the Giraffe Manor, with the giraffe’s likely joining you through the windows, you check out of Giraffe Manor at 10:00 and will be transferred to the Nairobi Wilson Airport. From Nairobi’s Wilson Airport, you’ll be boarding your private charter flight in a Cessna C208 to the Olare Motorogi Airstrip, departing at 10:00 and landing into OIare Motorogi at 10:40 (NOTE: Maximum payload for this aircraft is 600 kilograms, inclusive of luggage, passenger and pilot weight).

On arrival into Olare Orok, you will be met by your open sided 4x4 vehicle and driver guide will transfer you by road to Mara Plains, the journey taking approximately 45 minutes, with game viewing en route! The Mara Plains Camp is sited in a 30,000-acre Olare Orok Conservancy. Here you’ll avoid the high tourist density of the Masai Mara itself whilst still enjoying the same amount of game activity!

Overnight you’ll be staying at the Mara Plains Tented Camp on a full board basis in your two luxury tents.

Today, you depart from Mara Plains, heading in your open sided 4x4 vehicle to the Olare Motorogi Airstrip, where you’ll be connecting with your private charter flight in a Cessna C208 to the Sasakwa Airstrip in Tanzania. The flight will depart at 09:30 and be routed through Kisumu International Airport and Musoma International Airport to complete the immigration process for Kenya & Tanzania respectively. Estimated time of arrival into Sasakwa is 12:45.

Upon arrival into Sasakwa Airstrip at 12:45 you’ll be met by a Singita open sided 4x4 with driver guide and transferred through the Grumeti Reserves, a private conservation area of comparable size to the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. In the Grumeti Reserves. Your private driver guide from Singita Explore will be transferring you to the Singita Explore Camp, which is approximately 50 minutes’ drive from Singita Sasakwa Airstrip. You have the Singita Explore Camp on private use.

You have two full days of private game activities whilst staying at the Singita Explore Camp in the Singita Grumeti Reserves. Your overnight arrangements will be at the Singita Explore Camp on a full board basis in your luxury mobile safari tents.

This morning, after breakfast, you depart from the Singita Explore Camp, where you will enjoy another game drive in the Grumeti Reserve en route to your next location on the expansive and vast plains of the Singita Grumeti Reserves on the banks of the river at Singita Faru Faru, where you’ll be staying overnight in the luxurious family suite on a full board basis. In the afternoon, you’ll be heading out the Singita Grumeti Reserves for game activities in your open sided 4x4 vehicle.

You will enjoy three full days of game activities within the private Grumeti Reserves with your open sided 4x4 vehicle with driver. Overnight, you’ll be staying overnight at Singita Faru Faru on a full board basis in your luxury family suite.

After breakfast at Singita Faru Faru, you'll be transferred to the Sasakwa Airstrip in the Grumeti Reserves, to connect with your private charter in a Pilatus PC-12 to the Kilimanjaro International Airport, with a flight time of approximately 50 minutes, where upon arrival you will connect with your onward international arrangements.
