Pick up your hire car at the airport and drive to Galton Guesthouse for your first night.
After breakfast start your adventure with your drive to Etosha National Park. Enter the park through the southern Andersson Gate and make your way on your first safari drive to Okaukuejo Camp, famous for its busy water whole. Driving time about 4 hours excluding your safari drive.

Today you will drive from Okaukuejo Camp through the west of the park where you will leave the park through Galton Gate and make your way to Grootberg Lodge. Driving time about 6 hours without stops. In the afternoon go on a walk on the plateau and enjoy the stunning views before dinner.
After a leisurely breakfast you leave to Okahirongo Elephant Lodge in the heart of the Kokoveld, where the landscapes are like on a different planet. Join your first shared activity from here in the afternoon. Driving time today will be about 4 hours.
Morning and afternoon shared activity from the lodge. Activities from here are safari drives, scenic drives and village visits. Night walks and scenic flights can be arranged upon arrival at additional cost.
After your shared morning activity you will be transferred to Okahirongo River Camp in the far north, right at the border with Angola - a truly magical off the beaten track place right at the Kunene River with dramatic landscapes. The transfer time will be about 4 hours. From here you can join more safari drives and also river cruises (dependant on the water level), as well as special nomadic himba tracking and visit.

After you last shared morning activity and breakfast you will be taken back to Okahirongo Elephant Camp, where you can either join a last shared afternoon activity, or simply relax and take in the beauty of this place from the comfort of the lodge.
After a leisurely breakfast you will get into your own car again and drive south to Palmwag Lodge, from where you will be taken on a nature drive transfer to Etendeka Mountain lodge. The drive from Purros to Plamwag lodge will take about hours. Enjoy dinner in another absolutely breathtaking environment.

After breakfast you will be taken back to Palmwag Lodge from where you will drive to Twyfelfontein, a journey time of about 4 hours. In the afternoon visit Twyfelfonteins' rock art, the petrified forest, the organ pipes and the burnt mountain.
Drive to your last stop - Okonjima Nature Reserve, a journey time of about 4 hours. Prebook an afternoon leopard tracking activity.
Depending on your departure time from Windhoek today, visit the Africat Foundation and then make your way back to Windhoek where your adventure ends.
