• Check-in upon arrival 

• Depending on arrival time you have the opportunity to discover Kiel and its surroundings by bus, bike, or foot with a guide or go for a shopping tour on your own. 

• City tour: During the tour, which takes around 2 hrs. you experience the incomparable atmosphere of the cruise ship Dateal and trivia of Kiel. You will drive along the waterside, past the maritime museum to the Kiel-Canal. Here you can enjoy the view on Kiel‘s gate to the world, the Holtenau Locks.

• Harbour tour: Enjoy the fresh sea air and be impressed by the busy activity on the fjord. There‘s much to see on the way from Kiel to Laboe: gigantic cruise ships, sailing boats, steamboats as well as several ferries during their impressive harbor maneuvers. You sail past the large shipyards of HDW and Lindenau.

• Kiel on bike : Go on a journey of discovery on two wheels with a professional city guide in Kiel and feel the fresh sea breeze on your skin. During the tour you will learn exciting things about the history of Kiel and discover the most beautiful places in the Fördestadt at a leisurely pace.

• Brewery tour with lunch or dinner: A brewery tour followed by a beer diploma as a brewery servant? This is not a problem in the Kiel brewery. During the tour through the house brewery, the master brewer will instruct you in the art of brewing beer. Afterwards you can enjoy a hearty lunch or dinner in a rustic atmosphere. There is also freshly brewed "Kieler", as much as you can take.

Ferry trip to Laboe

Your trip starts with the ferry trip to Laboe. On the 87 meters high monumental naval memorial you not only have a fascinating view over the beautiful coastal landscape but also get a history lesson to touch. On the beach, in the U995 submarine from 1943, you can experience the life and work of the crew in a very small space.

Long city tour:

The impressive cruise ship terminal with the view over the enormous portal cranes of German Naval Yards is the start of this spectacular Kiel tour. From the city center, you will drive along the Kiel-Fjord to Schilksee. During the tour, you will see, among others, the modernized marina which was the venue for the Olympic sailing competitions of 1972.// Duration: approx. 3 hours

2. Option:

For the ones who want to discover more german cities these days, and had already enough time to discover  Kiel the day before, we recommend a day trip to Lübeck or Hamburg. There you can visit the beautiful cities with guides or on your own, discover the city with bus or boat we can also arrange museum visits or cultural highlights.
