Dog Sledding in Bolterdalen
Mush (2 per sled) through the varied Arctic landscape of Bolterdalen. Full instruction is given before helping to harness the dogs and setting off with your fully qualified guide. You may spot Svalbard reindeer, grouse and polar foxes. Enjoy a view of the Scott Turner Glacier before heading home, unharnessing the dogs, visiting the puppies and enjoying a well-served hot drink. Average physical fitness required.

Escape from the town’s light pollution and spend an informative and fun evening at Camp Barentz with dinner, drinks and Northern Lights presentation and tales of living in Svalbard. With luck the Northern Lights will appear overhead.
Snow Mobile to Elvenset
A fantastic snowmobiling adventure, suitable for those with no previous snowmobile experience.
On this trip you will cover 70km, and enjoy phenomenal views over Tempelfjord and towards the might Tempel Mountain. The tour takes you through varied terrain, but isn't technically demanding. Svalbard's impressive landscape will be surround you throughout the drive, and at the turning point, Elveneset, the guides will offer warm drinks and interesting local stories before you head back towards Longyearbyen.
