You’ll be picked up at the airport and brought to the DoubleTree by Hilton Iquitos hotel where you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch before being transferred by private vehicle to Nauta to board the cruise ship. Before setting sail, the bartender will serve you a cocktail prepared with local fruit and pisco, the most popular liquor in Peru. After setting sail, you’ll enjoy the welcome dinner.

You’ll head out on a skiff to the Yanallpa area of the Ucayali River in the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, where we’ll see many native animal species. Then venture out again on a skiff, this time to the Tapiche River, searching for more wildlife. Before midday, you’ll return to the boat for a cooking demonstration by the executive chef. After lunch, if you're interested, you can attend a talk about the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve. In the afternoon, you’ll take a skiff to the Dorado River for fishing using local techniques. Then you’ll enjoy a nighttime outing to look for caimans, tarantulas, and other creatures that come alive after sunset. Dinner will be served aboard the Zafiro.

You’ll set out to explore the Yarapa River, where you might spot the famous pink and gray river dolphins swimming in its black waters. Afterward witness the confluence of the Ucayali and Marañón rivers, the birthplace of the Amazon River. Then you'll embark on skiffs for a pleasant sail on the Amazon River, observing the daily activities of local communities along the banks. Once back on board the Zafiro, you’ll have time to relax and listen to live music before the crew's presentation and your farewell dinner.

After breakfast, you'll disembark and head to the airport, stopping at the Manatee Rescue Center (Amazon Forever Organization). Afterward, you’ll be transferred to the airport.
