Pick up in the morning from your beach resort or Moi Airport and drive to Tsavo East National Park to arrive for a small morning game drive before proceeding to your lodge for check-in and lunch. Have a short rest followed by an afternoon safari drive until sunset.
The Park contains a diversity of habitats, wildlife and a mountainous scenic landscape. Major wildlife attractions include elephant, rhino, Hippos, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffalos, diverse plant and bird species including the threatened corncrake and near threatened Basra Reed Warbler.
Driving time: ~3 hours
Morning safari drive in Tsavo East before being transferred to Tsavo West for check in and lunch. Afternoon safari drive in Tsavo West.
Early morning safari drive. After breakfast depart for Mombasa where your safari will end in a hotel or at the airport.
