Arrival to Rovaniemi Airport where your driver will be waiting for you. The driver will take you to your accommodation, Glass Igloos located in Luosto. The glass Igloos are the perfect way to admire the northern lights as you will only have a glass between you and the beautiful polar sky. After you have settled down to your igloo you will be served an authentic Lappish dinner at the hotel restaurant.
The second day starts by enjoying a filling breakfast served at your igloo. After the breakfast you will go for an amazing snowmobile safari to the pure white forest and lakes of Lapland. The scenery is truly breathtaking. During the safari you will enjoy a traditional lunch. The safari will finish at your accommodation. You will have a dinner later in the evening at the hotel.
After breakfast your driver will take you to a reindeer farm where a reindeer safari takes place. Before the safari you will be introduced to the unique animal, reindeer and to the Sámi culture, you will also enjoy a true Sámi lunch at the reindeer farm. Then you will be seated to a sled and the reindeers will take you for a ride to the pure nature of Lapland, which you will have plenty of time to enjoy as the reindeers pace is extremely calm.
After the safari your driver will take you to Meltaus where you will be staying for the next two days. You will be accommodated in a new boutique wilderness hotel Beana Laponia where you will enjoy a mouthwatering dinner. After the dinner you can experience the Finnish Sauna or take a bath in a Jacuzzi.
The fourth day begins with a rich breakfast. After the breakfast your driver will pick you up and take you to a husky farm where the husky safari starts off.
First you will get familiar with the dogs and the farm as your guide tells about the huskies’ habits. Then you will be seated on the sled, which will take you to a frozen lake through pure white forest. You will feel the pace as the dogs are dashing forward on the ice. The landscape is truly unforgettable as you are surrounded with wintery wilderness. During the husky safari you will enjoy a local lunch. After the safari your driver will take you back to your accommodation where you will enjoy a romantic dinner.
After you have enjoyed breakfast your driver will take you to Kemi where you will go for an icebreaker cruise. The cruise is a very unique and exciting experience as you get to swim in freezing cold sea, wearing a warm impermeable survival suits. During the cruise you will be served a delightful lunch.
After the cruise your driver will pick you up and take you to the SnowCastle. You will stay the night in the SnowHotel and enjoy an exclusive dinner at the SnowRestaurant. Staying at the SnowHotel is definitely an extraordinary experience as you will be sleeping in a room made completely out of snow and for your comfort you will be equipped well with warm sleeping-bags and a cozy bed.
After the romantic night, it’s time to pack up and head back home with plenty of joyful memories of the winter wonderland. After having breakfast at the SnowCastle Lounge your driver will take you back to the airport where you will begin your safe trip home.
