When you arrive at Arusha Airport, look out for the flight departing to Katavi. When you land in Katavi, you will be met by your guide who will take you to Chada Katavi Camp. After checking in and settling down, you can head out on your first afternoon safari activity (time permitting.)
Safari activities include game drives and bush walks. A night drive can be booked for US$60 per person.
Today, you will catch a flight to Mahale Mountain National Park, where the chimpanzees are found. When you arrive, settle in and then you can head out on a boat cruise in the afternoon (time permitting.)
Safari activities include chipanzee trekking, boat cruises, forest walks and swimming.
After your last morning safari activity and breakfast, time permitting, you will catch a flight back to Arusha from where you can fly home.
