You will be met at the airport and then be transferred through to this beautiful lodge right on the banks of the Zambezi upstream of Victoria Falls, Depending on your flight times we can arrange a few activities in the area - key of which will be visiting the actual Victoria Falls themselves.
After breakfast today we will have a transfer vehicle that will take us through to Nanzhilla Plains - the first part of the journey to Kalomo is on good paved road and then from there dirt roads all the way through to the camp, we should expect to arrive mid afternoon with the plan of doing a short afternoon walk to stretch our legs after the long road transfer.
The plan is to have an early morning game drive around this wonderful game viewing area that has such variety of species. Back for lunch and a rest and then after tea we will head off away from camp to an area on the plains where we will need to walk to a basic fly camp set up for us. No big luxury's only dome tents and bed rolls, a camp fire and the sounds of the bush - a genuine bush experience.
After breakfast around the campfire we will set off walking back to the main camp across the Nanzhilla plains. It will be a really nice day and we will walk with a packed lunch in our day packs with water. all the way back to the Nanzhilla Camp.
We will arrive late afternoon for a cold drink and hot shower after a great day in the bush.
Most International Flights leave Livingstone at lunch time so you will have another morning available to you to do one of the many activities available here or just relax before your transfer to the airport.
