Take your overnight flight to Cape Town.
On arrival into Cape Town you will be met and transferred by road to the Cape Grace Hotel. There are so many places to explore in Cape Town; the iconic Robben Island, Table Mountain (be sure to go up as soon as you are able to), Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens where there are often summer concerts taking place, Cape Point Nature Reserve, visit the penguins at Boluders Beach and the vibrant V&A Waterfront.
Today you will drive to the Cape Winelands. A stay in the winelands is not complete without visiting a vineyard or two. We recommend travelling around by way of the Franschhoek Wine Tram, it's a great way to sample wines and enjoy lunch on the way. If you like to horse ride around a vineyard is also a great way to sample the wines. Please do make time to take lunch at La Petite Ferme, the setting is picture perfect!
An early start this morning, as you will drive from Franschhoek to Cape Town Airport to return your hire car and check in for your flight to Hoedspruit. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your game lodge where you will spend 3 nights.
Simbambili Game Lodge is a wonderful place to travel out on game drives as you are in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, we have often seen leopard in the area - a real treat. Leopards are not all you can expect to see, there are lions., elephant, buffalo, giraffe, rhino, zebra and a whole lot more. The guides will show you the habits of the animals and educate you on their daily activities. We highly recommend this area due to the abundance of wildlife, we feel we have been spoilt with such amazing experiences but our clients inform us that they also have experienced great game viewing too.
Early this morning you will be transferred by road from your game lodge to Kruger Nelspruit Airport to Vilanculos Airport. On arrival into Mozambique you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Discover the untouched shores of Bazaruto Island and the Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort is in an exceptional location. What is there to do here....lie in a hammock, swim, try and spot one of the elusive dugongs or some dolphins but all in all you don't have to do anything except relax in this picture perfect paradise.
Today you will be transferred from your hotel to Vilanculos Airport and check in for your flight home via Johannesburg to London Heathrow.
