Day 1: Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

Fly to Victoria Falls and meet up with your Tour Guide. Explore the Victoria Falls Area. Go on Sun Downer Cruise on the Zambezi (activity optional). Dinner at The Jungle Junction with some live African entertainment!!

Day 2: Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

Spend the day in the Victoria Falls area. Visit Victoria Falls and partake in one of many AM and PM activities. Optional activities include an Elephant Encounter, a Lion Encounter, White Water Rafting, Canoe trips, Bungy Jumping, Gorge Swinging, Helicopter flights, etc.  Enjoy a delicious lunch overlooking the Victoria Falls gorge at the Look Out Café’. Dinner at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge where the floodlit waterhole will keep you entertained for the evening!!

Day 3: Chobe River Front

We travel west to Kasane and into Botswana. Enjoy lunch overlooking the Chobe River before transferring to the Zambezi Queen. Spend the next two days on the houseboat enjoying activities including wildlife viewing by tender boat, bird watching, tiger fishing and an excursion to a local village on Impalila Island. All Activities and selected drinks are included on the Zambezi Queen.

Day 6: Kwando River

We travel east into Namibia’s Caprivi Region and arrive at our place of stay in time for lunch. We explore Susuwe and Mudumu National Parks in the afternoon and we’ll end the day with a sun downer drink at the Horseshoe, a favourite drinking spot on the Kwando river for the elephants in the area. It is not uncommon to see herds of up to 200 elephant drinking here.

Day 7: Bagani

Our Next destination is the Buffalo Core Area of Bwabwata National Park. We spend the morning on a game drive through the park with possible sightings including elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and various other plains game species. We make our way to your place of stay on the banks of the Okavango River and enjoy lunch before taking some time to relax by the pool, make use of the spa facilities, do some tiger fishing or go on a sun downer cruise (activities optional). 

Day 8: Rundu

We start the day with an early morning boat cruise to view some of the areas abundant birdlife (activity optional). 

Mahangu National Park is our next destination where there are  possible sightings of elephant, hippo, buffalo, sable antelope and various other plains game species. Arrive at our place of stay next to the Okavango River. Do some tiger fishing, go on a sun downer boat cruise or relax by the pool (activities optional).

Day 9: Onguma Game Reserve

We make our way south and have lunch before visiting a Bushman Village and a Living Cultural Museum. Spend half the day with the Bushman learning more about their culture and bush skills. Continue traveling in a south westerly direction to our nest stop, Etosha National Park!

Day 10: Onguma Game Reserve

We send the day exploring Etosha National Park on AM and PM game drives returning to the lodge for lunch and some R&R. Possible sightings include elephant, black rhino, white rhino, lion, leopard, cheetah, giraffe, zebra, and various other plains game species.

Day 11: Etosha South

Full day game drive in Etosha National Park with possible sightings of elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, cheetah, giraffe, zebra and various other plains game species. Overnight at Okaukuejo where the floodlit waterhole will no doubt have you hooked for the evening!

Day 12: Okonjima Nature Reserve

Go on an early morning game drive in Etosha and return to Okaukuejo for breakfast before traveling south. Arrive at Okonjima, home to the Afri-Cat Foundation. Have lunch and then depart on the afternoon activity - Leopard tracking on the 30 000-hectare game reserve. You may get closer to these cats then you ever thought possible.

Day 13: Swakopmund

Depart on an early morning activity with a visit to the carnivore centre to learn more about the African Cats followed by a visit to the Cheetah rehabilitation centre.  We then travel west through the Namib Desert towards Swakopmund.  Arrive in time for lunch followed by quad biking (ATVs) and sandboarding on the dunes near Swakopmund (alternatively choose from a list of other activities, activities are optional). Dinner at one of the excellent restaurants in town. Overnight in Swakopmund at your private beach house overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Day 14: End of Itinerary

Early Departure for Windhoek, Namibia’s capital city. Depending on your flights departure time your guide will propose some more activities for today which may include a visit to the Okahandja Wood Carvers Market, the Windhoek Craft Centre or a City tour of Windhoek. Your Guide will then see to it that you make it to the airport well in time for your flight back home.
