You will be met at Antananarivo airport and taken to Andasibe-Mantadia National Park, where you will stay for 3 nights at Eulophiella Lodge, to get a short insight of Madagascar's endemic wildlife. The drive only takes about 3 hours. Settle-in and then once the sun set go on a night walk in Mitsinjo Forest.
Today you will be taken to Anamalazotra National Park, named after the river flowing through and home to the biggest of all lemurs - the Indri Indri. Diadem and brown lemurs can also be found here and of course, again all sorts of smaller reptiles and birds (national park and guide fees have to be paid directly).
In the morning, you will be taken to the entrance of Mantadia National Park, where you will meet a local guide, who will take you on a full day trek through the park, in the search of different lemur species - mainly diadem sifaka - as well as different reptiles and birds (park fees and the guide have to paid directly).
Afternoon visit of the Vakona Lemur's island, including the walk on the main island and the canoe ride around the different islands.
Morning visit of Mitsinjo reserve. After check-out, drive back to the capital city. Enjoy a short city tour before you check in at Palissandre Hotel.
Check-out and transfer back to the airport.
