Days 1 - 2: Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport you are met and transferred to the lodge.

The Victoria Falls or Mosi-oa-Tunya - the Smoke that Thunders as the locals call it, is a spectacular sight as well as being one of the seven natural wonders of the world.

There is a wide variety of activities to enjoy during your stay at the Falls including a guided walking tour of the Falls, white water rafting in season, helicopter flights for a birds-eye view, bungey jumping, visit the hide and get up close to the animals, the Vulture Culture Experience, or for pure relaxation enjoy the Spa.

Days 3 - 6: Eastern Hwange National Park

This morning you fly by light air transfer to Hwange National Park. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to Linkwasha Camp.

Situated on the doorstep of the famed Ngamo Plains, which offers fantastic summer game viewing, the camp’s excellent location stands sentry over a magnificent plain and a pan that is a magnet for game year round, especially in the dry winter months.

Activities available include night and day game drives, guided walks and village visits.

Days 7 - 10: Mana Pools National Park

Today you fly on to Mana Pools National Park by light air transfer.

On the middle reaches of the Zambezi River, a hundred kilometres below Lake Kariba is the Mana Pools National Park situated in the heart of the Zambezi Valley. The area is renowned for large numbers of elephant, buffalo, hippo and eland, particularly in winter when they concentrate on the river. Predators such as lion, leopard and wild dog are all found in the area. Birdlife is superb, particularly for both mopane woodland and riverine species with numerous local specials like Collared Palm-Thrush, Racket-tailed Roller, Purple-banded Sunbird and Black-throated Wattle-Eyes.

Activities include wildlife viewing in open 4x4 vehicles, on motorised pontoon boats, on foot, in hides and in canoes.

Day 11: End of Itinerary

Today you bid farewell to the African bush.

You fly by light air to Victoria Falls airport and connect with your flight to Johannesburg.
