Day notes

Day 1. Nairobi - Tsavo West NP

After breakfast we make our way to Tsavo West National Park. We check in and in the afternoon we do our 

first game drive.

Day 2. Full day safari in Tsavo West National Park

Or decide to do a morning and afternoon game drive and relax in between the game drives.

Day 3. Tsavo West - Tsavo East National Park

Kenya's largest national park

Tsavo is made up of two separate parks, Tsavo East National Park and Tsavo West National Park. Located in Coast Province of Kenya in between Nairobi City and Mombasa.

The sight of dust-red elephants wallowing, rolling and spraying each other with the midnight blue waters of the palm-shaded Galana River is one of the most evocative images in Africa. This, along with the 300-kilometre-long Yatta Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world, makes for an adventure unlike any other in the Tsavo East. The park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life features 500 recorded species.

Day 4 & 5. Amboseli National Park

After breakfast drive to Amboseli National Park.

The Park is famous for its big game and scenic beauty with the landscape dominated by Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Arrive in time for lunch followed by an afternoon nature walk until sunset.

Day 5. Full day Amboseli NP

Spend a further day in the park on morning and afternoon game-viewing drives. Visitors mainly come to watch the huge herds of elephants. The bull elephants have some of the largest tusks in all of Kenya.

Day 5. Amboseli NP to Nairobi

Depart after breakfast and drive to Nairobi, transfer to the airport for a departure flight at JKIA upon arrival.
