On arrival into Livingstone Airport you will proceed to immigration for visa formalities. You will then collect your bags and make your way to just outside the airport building where you will find a driver from Chundukwa with a signboard with your name on it. You will be transferred to the lodge, a drive of approximately 40 minutes, where you will stay one night before continuing on your Horseback Safari. In the afternoon you will be taken out on a Sunset Cruise.
This morning after breakfast you will depart the lodge and be transferred by road to Mambova Harbour (a drive of approximately 40 minutes) from where you will then be transferred by boat to the Simalaha Conservancy (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes). From here you will ride into camp, approximately 20 minutes. On arrival you will be settled into your tent and then meet for lunch and a briefing on the horse back safari and plans for the next few days. You will head off in the afternoon on your first ride, stopping for sundowners and then returning to the camp for dinner.
Over the next three days you will go out on Full Day Horse Back Safaris - or a longer morning safari and a shorter one in the afternoon.
Today you will be transferred back to Chundukwa River Lodge via boat and road for a further 2 night stay.
Today you will be transferred to Livingstone Airport for your departing flight back home.
