Upon arrival into Victoria Falls Airport proceed to Customs/Immigration where you need to obtain your visa to enter Zimbabwe (please advise your consultant of your nationality) and collect your luggage before you are met outside the terminal building by a representative of Wild Horizons for your private road transfer to "Waterfalls Lodge" - here you spend two nights on a bed & breakfast basis.

Following breakfast and a morning at leisure you are met at reception at a pre-appointed time for your private cross border road transfer into Botswana and Lenyebi River Lodge where you spend two nights including meals and selected activities.
Please discuss activities upon arrival with Management.
Following breakfast you will be met at reception for the road transfer to Kasane Airport where you will be assisted by a porter with check-in formalities for the light aircraft transfer flight to Khwai and onwards short road transfer to Khwai Guest House where you spend the following two nights on a full board and activity basis.

Please note that the flight is booked on a ‘seat rate’ basis and therefore flight times are not scheduled until the day prior to flying, lodge managers will arrange your activities and transfers accordingly. Please note that there is a strict luggage restriction on all light aircraft flights of 15kg per person in soft bags, plus 5kg hand luggage and there may be up to 3 stops en-route.
Following breakfast and a possible morning activity (time permitting) you light aircraft transfer to Deception Valley private reserve where you spend the following two nights at The Dune Camp on a full board & activity basis including private game drives.

Following breakfast and a morning activity (flight time permitting), you will be transferred to the airstrip in time for your light aircraft transfer to Maun Airport where you will be met by a representative of Safari Specialists to assist with own onwards travel arrangements.
