Once you arrive at the International Airport, a CANATUR representative will be waiting for you there to give you directions and identify you with a postcard that should be stuck in a visible place, so that it will be easier for us to identify you when you get out. This person will give you indications to pass through the immigration areas. Once you pass the immigration line, another of our representatives will help you in the customs area and baggage belts. Once you have your luggage you will have to get out and walk along the sidewalk so that our representative will be able to locate you more easily. He/she will wear green trousers and orange shirt as uniform with the Swiss Travel logo and will also have a sign with your name or surname on it. After your meeting with our representative, he will take you to your respective transport to continue your journey. Today you will have a free day so you can set with the reception which activity you want to do, remember that you already have some activities included in the stay so you have the right to choose 1 of them per day. If the included activities do not appeal to you, you can pay an additional fee for an optional tour of those offered at the hotel; either way, you are sure to enjoy yourself, as the mere fact of walking through the gardens of the hotel, becomes an unforgettable experience.
