Days 1 - 3: Cape Town

Welcome to Cape Town!

Upon your arrival you will be met by a transfer driver in the arrival Hall and transferred to your hotel for your stay in the "Worlds most beautiful City".

During your stay you will have the chance to explore the City of Cape Town and learn about the history and diverse cultures of this country/city.You will visit the District Six Museum and the Castle of Good Hope as well as the iconic landmark Table Mountain and the colourful part of town called Bo Kaap.

Not forgetting an exhilarating trip down to the "almost" Southern tip of Africa, the Cape Point Nature Reserve. Enjoy beautiful scenery and be mesmerised by the unique Cape Floral Kingdom. You will be also having an opportunity to visit the cute, however endangered penguins at Boulders beach.

Days 4 - 5: Stellenbosch

After your stay in the buzzling "Mother City" as Cape Town is lovingly referred to, you will be transferred to the romantic Winelands, South Africa’s most celebrated wine regions.

On your Winelands tour you learn about the history of the University town Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, the French corner, and have the opportunity of tasting the regions wines and culinary delights.  

There are two winetastings included, but feel free to experience more varieties (optional). Your knowledgable driver guide will recommend you beautiful estates and tasting rooms.

Days 6 - 7: Hermanus

Once you have had breakfast and checked out, you will begin the trip to the coastal town of Hermanus, renowned for its dramatic scenery and relaxed seaside atmosphere.

We highly recommend a walk along the famous Cliff Path, which follows the rugged coastline and offers spectacular ocean views, or a stroll through the nearby Walker Bay Nature Reserve. 

Between June/July and November, southern right whales gather in the relatively warm waters of Walker Bay and can often be spotted directly from the cliffs, or experienced up close on a whale-watching cruise.

You will embark on a Marine Big 5 boat safari, offering a chance to see dolphins, seals, penguins and other marine life and  the gentle giants in the whale season.

Days 8 - 9: Plettenberg Bay

After breakfast, you will continue your journey to one of the most picturesque and sought-after destinations on South Africa’s Garden Route. Known for its pristine beaches, stunning natural beauty, and vibrant atmosphere, Plettenberg Bay offers a mix of outdoor adventure, relaxation, and luxurious accommodations, making it an ideal spot for a getaway.

The Robberg Nature Reserve is one of South Africa's most spectacular natural landmarks, offering visitors incredible views, diverse wildlife, and an array of hiking trails. The Robberg Hike is a must-do for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. Days 10 - 11: Kariega Private Game Reserve

Once you have packed up, you will embark on the last leg of of adventure to the Kariega Game Reserve that is located approximately 140 kilometers from the coastal town of Port Elizabeth to the east. You will start right after an early breakfast as it is recommended to be at your safari destination for lunch and the afternoon game drive.

The reserve is nestled between the Indian Ocean and the Kariega River, offering an idyllic setting surrounded by rolling hills, verdant valleys, and diverse vegetation. 

This stunning reserve offers an excellent safari experience with its rich wildlife, beautiful landscapes, and top-notch accommodations.

You will be embarking on morning and afternoon game drives alternated by a river cruise (depending on water levels) under the guidance of experienced rangers. Keep binoculars and camera ready for wonderful animal encounters.

Day 12: End of Itinerary

After your final game activity and a scrumptious brunch, you will be transferred to the Port Elizabeth Airport in time for your flight out.
