Day Trip: Actun Tunichil Muknal (Private/Guided/Full Day/Minibus)
Actun Tunichil Muknal "Cave of the Stone Sepulcher" is one of the most impressive caves in the Maya lowland. Located in the heart of the Belizean Rainforest, this cave was a sacred place to the pre-hispanic Mayas of Belize, who first began to use the entrance during the early classic period (300-600AD.) The cave system consists of a series of chambers, ending in a 300 by 50 meter Cathedral where sacrificial ceremonies once took place. Visitors to this cave have the opportunity to travel into the Maya past and witness a living museum where the human sacrifices and artifacts can be viewed in their original context. On the tour, you will drive to the trailhead and trek for 45 minutes through dense Jungle in the Tapir Mountain Nature Reserve, wading across three streams and learning about the flora and fauna of the Jungle. At the entrance of the Cave you will be outfitted in the necessary equipment. Some swimming will be required and also climbing and caving activity. This is a first class caving and archaeological experience.
Includes: Private transfers, guide, admission fees, flashlights & hard hats, picnic lunch.
Free day in Cayo District
Whilst transferring to the airport in Belize you can break up the drive and day by enjoying a cave tubing trip at Jaguar Paw. Guests transfer to the famous Caves Branch river cave system for a fun cave tubing trip. They hike through the rainforest to the top of the river where they put in with their tubes and then float all the way back down the river through caves and rainforest. When guests are ready they transfer to their final destination. This is a guided activity so you won't miss your flight!
Includes: Private guide & transfers, admission fees, equipment, lunch.
You will then fly to San Pedro, located in the south part of Ambergris Caye.
Diving is nothing short of phenomenal in Belize's Barrier Reef, which runs parallel to Ambergris Caye. In the crystalline Caribbean waters, octopuses, nurse sharks, spotted eagle rays, and even sea turtles play among beautiful corals. But that's just the beginning. On this 40-km/25-m island, you can also sail, fish, kayak, bicycle, windsurf, snorkel, or take day trips to mainland nature or archaeological sites. This laid-back island has almost no cars, but you'll have no trouble reaching the many restaurants, tiki bars, and dive shops in San Pedro Town on foot, by bicycle, or even by golf cart. Choose the north end of the island for a quieter experience.
Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley Snorkel Tour (Collective/Half Day/Boat)
Hop aboard a boat at San Pedro for wonderful snorkeling adventures as you spend the day cruising to and from neighbouring Caye Caulker! En route to the laid-back island, strap on your snorkeling gear (provided) for an amazing swim in the magnificent Hol Chan Marine Reserve, which thrives with coral gardens, tropical fish, sponges, sea turtles, crustaceans and more. Then complete the voyage to Caye Caulker and soak up the laid-back island vibe that permeates its shops, bars, and cafés. After enjoying a delicious lunch at our favorite restaurant, meander through its sandy streets, checking out a few of the dive shops and souvenir stands, or grabbing in ice-cold Belikin beer, the national brew. Head back to the dock for the return sail to Ambergris, with a snorkeling stop at fascinating Shark Ray Alley. Swim amongst breathtaking sea life as harmless nurse sharks and graceful southern stingrays glide by in the crystal waters. Wrap up this full day of fun, sun, and snorkeling as you finish the cruise to San Pedro.
Activity includes: 2 snorkeling stops (Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley), snacks, and snorkeling gear.
Not included: Lunch, $10 USD park admission fee per person, which guests must pay locally.

Mexico Rock Snorkeling Tour (Collective/Half Day/Boat)
Enjoy a visual feast of thriving marine life as you go snorkeling at Mexico Rocks, just off North Ambergris Caye. View a delightful collection of sponges, sea fans, and star, elkhorn, and staghorn coral formations in this superb reef patch. Giant brain coral formations create miniature undersea habitats and islands for spiny lobster and yellowtail. As you bob about, look for angelfish, butterflyfish, flounder, green moray eels, nurse sharks, and stingrays, all of which take shelter in the coral's nooks and crannies. Its relatively calm and shallow (3.7-meter / 12-foot) waters make Mexico Rocks an ideal spot for novice snorkelers.
Activity includes: Snorkel equipment, transfers and guide.
Not included: Lunch, US$10 park fee per person which guests must pay locally.
