Special group check in on the island overlooking the river. At this time of the year the spray from the Falls will be clearly visible and provide Delegates with the excitement to come for their evening cocktail. 

Delegates will proceed to the registration area in the hotel where they will receive their registration packs and any further information they require for the conference. 

FUMIGANTS and PHEROMONES Organising Committee will welcome Delegates at the registration booth and assist with registration formalities and pass out conference packets. In addition to the registration booth a hospitality desk will be available throughout the conference for Delegates to book dine around options as well as personal selector activities during their leisure time. 

Sponsors booth set up:

The Matetsi Room, which is directly across from the conference lecture room will be available all day for sponsors to set up their vendors booth. This booth will continue to be used as a tea/coffee serving point throughout the conference.

Distributors meeting:

Late morning transfer from Elephant Hills Resort to Victoria Falls Safari Lodge for distributors meeting.

Distributors meeting will be on the deck overlooking the water hole. Lunch will be served at 12pm on the deck. At 1250pm, The Distributors Meeting group will make its way down to the lower deck to witness the vulture feeding activity which starts at 1pm.

Welcome reception:

Evening transfer from Elephant Hills Resort to the Mighty Victoria Falls for welcome reception.

Delegates will meet in the hotel courtyard for the short transfer to the welcome reception site.  A red carpet welcome awaits you at your exclusive venue right beside the Falls.  As you network and mingle with colleagues, the thunderous roar of the Zambezi River cascading into the gorge below and the rising mist of the spray reaching into the twilight sky will provide the perfect backdrop to this amazing, once in a lifetime experience.

A table will be set up for further conference registration outside of the Kalala Room, which is the room where the lectures will take place. This table will be set up for the duration of the conference.

Delegates will have the evening all to themselves and we strongly recommend a dine around.  A hospitality desk will be available to book delegates preferred dining options. Our recommended dining options are :

1. River Brewing Company : Victoria Falls very own craft brewery offers casual pub dining and meals catering for all tastes including Vegetarian (special dietary requirements will be considered on request). 

Highlight : If you love beer then we strongly recommend that you take part in the brewery tour (by arrangement through the hospitality desk at no extra cost) which can be followed by tasters (optional extra cost).

2. The  Three Monkeys (restaurant and bar) : One of Victoria Falls most popular dining venues and located near The River Brewing Company,  this charming restaurant is set around an old steam carriage and offers casual dining  in a lively cheerful atmosphere.

Recommended : They have a wide variety of wood fired pizzas, definitely worth ordering!

3. Jungle Junction restaurant :  Lavish buffets at the casual Jungle Junction offers an unforgettable experience, gazing over the gorge and the spray of the Falls, with a fusion of flavours of Africa.

Ilala Lodge Palm Restaurant : The Palm Restaurant is one of Victoria Falls top rated restaurants offering fine dining .The ideal location of The Palm Restaurant has made it a favourite among all visitors to Victoria Falls. Revel in a feast of fun at The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show where a four-course meal featuring local dishes, and non-stop entertainment culminating in an interactive drumming show combine to make this a “must do” Victoria Falls experience. Workshop/Excursion: Morning boat cruise on the Zambezi River 

Delegates meet in the hotel courtyard for the transfer to the Zambezi River excursion

Arrival at the Dabula Jetty and boarding the boat for the cruise

Welcome aboard the Zambezi Explorer, one of Victoria Falls premier cruise vessels. Kitted out with 3 decks, the boat will be set up for a unique workshop cruise, with speaker tables set up on both decks for interaction with the delegates. The Organising Committee has designated several topics of great interest to be delivered by the speakers in 10-15 minute sessions. Engage with the speakers, and your senses, as the Zambezi Explorer drifts leisurely down the mighty Zambezi River. Snacks and drinks will be provided. 

End of Workshop Cruise - lunchtime

Delegates will be served lunch and the return to the hotel after the cruise.

Afternoon leisure options: 
1. Book personal selector activities via the Hospitality Desk and experience the adventure and thrill of various activities in and around Victoria Falls. Top recommended activities include: Flight Of The Angels by helicopter or microlight, bungee jumping, diving with the crocodiles (subject to availability) and shopping. 

2. Group tour of the Mighty Victoria Falls - definitely the top rated activity in Victoria Falls, no visit would be complete without a tour of the Falls. Expect about a two hour guided tour starting just after lunch and ending late afternoon. "David Livingstone" may be on hand to give you a bit of history before you set off on the tour (subject to availability).

Tonight will be your final night in Victoria Falls, and the evening is yours to do with as you please. Should you require restaurant reservations, these can be arranged via the Hospitality Desk. Additionally, transfers can also be arranged via the Hospitality Desk.
