Day 1: Overnight Travel

Day 2: Mumbai

Arrive Mumbai and transfer to your hotel.

Overnight at the Taj Mahal Palace.

Day 3: Mumbai

Full day sightseeing, including the Gateway of India, Elephanta Island, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan, Dhobi Ghat, Crawford Market and a drive along Marine Drive.

Day 4: Sasan

Fly to Diu and drive to Gir National Park.

Remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 5: Sasan

Morning and afternoon game drives.

Gir is the only place in the world where the Asiatic lion is found. It is also home to panthers, cheetals, wild boar, crested serpent eagles, eagle owls, pygmy woodpeckers and many others creatures.

Day 6: Sasan

Morning and evening game drives.

Day 7: Velavadar

Morning game drive at Gir.

After lunch drive to the Blackbuck National Park at Velavadar, originally established primarily for the protection of the endangered blackbuck.

Remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 8: Velavadar

Morning and evening game drives.

Velavadar is known for blackbucks, nilgai, jackals, foxes, pelicans, flamingos, storks and cranes.

Day 9: Dasada

Drive to Dasada.

Remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 10: Dasada

Jeep safari into the Little Rann of Kutch, the only remaining habitat of the Indian wild ass. There are also chinkara, desert foxes, wolves and blackbucks.

Prolific bird life includes pelicans, flamingos, cranes, Indian bustards and sand grouse.

Day 11: Dasada

Day 12: Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve

Drive to Tadoba National Park, a treasure trove of mammals and birds.

It is home to tigers, leopards, sloth bears, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs and sambar deer.

Evening game drive.

Day 13: Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve

Morning and evening game drives.

Day 14: Pench National Park

Drive to Pench National Park, which is a Project Tiger Reserve.

Varied topography supports a mosaic of verdant valleys and dry deciduous forest.

Tigers, leopards, wild dogs, wolves, sloth bears, chickara and barking deer can be found here.

Evening game drive.

Day 15: Pench National Park

Morning and evening game drives.

Day 16: Pench National Park

Day 17: Satpura National Park

Drive to Satpura National Park.

Fauna comprises spotted deer, gaur (buffalo), tigers, sloth bears, porcupines and otters. Numerous water bodies attract many species of bird life.

Evening game drive.

Day 18: Satpura National Park

Morning game drive by jeep.

Late evening a night spotting safari, to seek nocturnal creatures such as leopards and hyenas.

Day 19: Satpura National Park

Morning boat safari on the Denwa River to observe crocodiles and birdlife.

Evening game drive.

Day 20: Overnight Travel

Day 21: New Delhi

Visit the immortal Taj Mahal at sunrise.

Drive to Delhi.

Day 22: New Delhi

Full day of sightseeing in Old and New Delhi includes Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, Red Fort, Jama Masjid (mosque) and Chandni Chowk market.

Day 23: Overnight Travel

After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight home.
