Day 1: Galapagos Islands

Upon your arrival to the airport in Baltra Island, you will be transferred to Cormorant Catamaran at the bay. After lunch the first visit point will be Bachas Beach, one of the main nesting sites for sea turtles, that is also one of the few remnants of the U.S. World War II presence in the Galapagos. You may also see flamingos, hermit crabs, and black-necked stilts. After this activity head back to the catamaran for dinner and rest.

Day 2: Galapagos Islands

First activity of the day will be heading to Genovesa Island, specifically el Barranco, also known as Prince Phillip ́s Steps, a rocky path that leads to a cliff-face. A marvelous view can be appreciated from here. This site is also home to palo santo vegetation as well as red-footed boobies, short-eared lava owls, Galapagos swallows, and Galapagos Doves. In the afternoon, you will visit Darwin Bay, a white coral sand beach, that leads to a mangrove ecosystem filled with land birds like Nazca boobies, red-footed boobies, and swallow-tailed gulls. You will also see tidal pools where sea lions swim playfully. After this activity head back to the catamaran for dinner.

Day 3: Galapagos Islands

After breakfast, you will visit South Plaza Island, home of a large sea lion colony and also of land iguanas, marine iguanas and hybrid of these species that coexist here. During the afternoon, you will visit Santa Fe Island, the home of endemic species like the Galapagos Hawk, Galapagos snake, Santa Fe Iguana and a variety of finches. Here you can take a walk to a viewpoint from which you will have a great view of the island. After this activity, dinner will be served onboard the catamaran.

Day 5: Galapagos Islands

After breakfast, the catamaran will land at San Cristobal Island where you will visit Jacinto Gordillo Tortoise Breeding Center, also called Galapaguera, and you will learn about the conservation efforts to preserve the tortoise species of the Archipelago. After this activity, you will visit Lobos Island, which means Sea Lion Island, and where a colony of sea lions resides. And then, you will head to Kicker Rock, a striking rock formation, located a couple of hours off the western shore of San Cristobal. Jutting out of the water, the rock stands vertically at hundreds of feet above the ocean divided by a small channel. This place is perfect for kayaking or snorkeling.

Day 6: Galapagos Islands

At the beginning of this day, your first visit will be to Española ́s Island Suarez Point, where you will see a blowhole where water sprays high into the air and is a great spot to take pictures. A hike to the top makes a great opportunity to take spectacular pictures. You can also watch sea lions, sea birds, Marine Iguanas, masked and blue-footed boobies, among others. During the afternoon, you will visit Gardner Bay, home to a large and varied wildlife population, like boobies, frigate birds and sea lions. This will also be a great place for snorkeling and swim. After this activity, dinner will be served onboard.

Day 7: Cormorant Galapagos Catamaran

After breakfast, you will head to Floreana Island, Post Office bay, that was established in 1793 by British whalers to send letters to and from England, and even today, visitors have the opportunity to send letters of their own. Then you will head to Baroness viewpoint, where one of the first colonizers of the islands, Baroness Eloise von Wagner used to reside. Then, head to Cormorant Point where you will be welcomed by a small Galapagos sea lion colony. You will also visit a green sand beach that contains olivine crystal, and a white coral sand beach, and also a flamingo lagoon. Afterwards, you will visit Champion Islet, considered one of the most beautiful places on Galapagos for all snorkeling and diving.

Day 8: End of Itinerary

Early in the morning, the yacht will land at Santa Cruz Island, and you will visit Twin Craters, two collapsed lava domes that now form the most amazing landscapes at Santa Cruz Island. After this activity, you will be transferred to Baltra Airport and take your flight back to the continent.
