Fly into Port Elizabeth this morning, Gateway to the Eastern Cape of South Africa and the Garden Route. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your Game Lodge with some time to freshen up and relax. Head out this evening for an evening game experience before returning to your Lodge for dinner.
While each Lodge is different, you will certainly have a great game experience, often rising early for a morning drive in an open safari vehicle with a ranger and tracker before returning to your Lodge for brunch. Enjoy some downtime by the pool, read a book or simply relax in the sunshine before enjoying afternoon tea and heading out on your afternoon/evening game experience, returning to your lodge in time for dinner, often served al-fresco around a blazing log fire in the African Boma.

Check out of your Lodge this morning and you will be transferred along the Garden Route to either Knysna or Plettenberg Bay for two nights.
Spend the day exploring the area. Our Travel Team will be able to advise you on a range of excursions to enjoy or simply relax at your hotel.
Transfer to George Airport for your scheduled flight to Cape Town International Airport. Transfer to Hermanus, world reknown as one of the best land-based spots for Whale Watching (in season). Check in at your hotel for two nights.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cape Town, the Mother City of South Africa for three nights. There is so much to do and see in Cape Town. Why not head into the famed Victoria and Alfred Waterfront this evening for dinner? This sprawling complex, sympathetically reclaimed from derelict parts of the harbour, has reconnected the City with the Sea. You can choose from hundreds of great restaurants, shops and more.
Full day at leisure in Cape Town. Our Travel Team will be able to advise you on our optional excursions or simply explore indepently. Take a Cable Car to the top of Table Mountain for sweeping views over the City and Peninsula. discover the stories of Nelson Mandela's incarceration on Robben Island, take a trip along the Cape Peninsula to Hout Bay, Chapmans Peak and view the quirky penguins at Boulders Beach in Simonstown.
Cape Town is also known as a major "foodie" centre and there truly are a number of world-class dining experiences for you to enjoy during your stay.
