Today you will be taken to the Maropeng Visitor Centre at the Cradle of Humankind for a self-guided tour around the centre. Following this you will be transferred to Hartbeespoort dam Cable Car. Afterwards you are transferred back to Fourways where you have the evening at leisure.

You are transferred back to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg to board your flight to Cape Town Airport. On arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be met and transferred to the City Lodge V&A Waterfront where you will spend (3) nights in a standard room on a bed & breakfast basis.

This morning you will be taken to Table Mountain for a cable car ride to the top of the mountain. (Tickets excluded).
You will then be taken on a half day tour to the Cape Winelands (includes entrance fees, excludes lunch). Visit the Cape Winelands with its backdrop of majestic mountains, lush valleys, quaint villages and scenic vineyards.

This morning you are transferred back to Cape Town Airport in time for your flight to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport. On arrival you are met and transferred to Hippo Hollow Country Estate in Hazyview. Here you spend (2) nights in a River Chalets on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis.

Today you will enjoy the wildlife at Hippo Hollow Lodge. Spend some time relaxing before you are taken to the Elephant Whispers for your sunset interaction, elephant back ride and sundowners tour starting at 16h00. The tour duration is 1 hour and 45 minutes. In the late afternoon, with a comfortable stable in mind and a good meal waiting, the elephant delight in heading for home. Enjoy this afternoon amble with the elephant; walk with them, or saddle-up and enjoy the view from high above the trees. Become a welcome and privileged member of the Elephant group while they peacefully carry out their evening routine. Complete a magical experience with a sundowner drink while listening to the sounds of the elephant settling to sleep.
Afterwards you will be taken back to the Hippo Hollow Country Estate where you will enjoy a dinner and African dance show.

Twice daily guided game drive safaris and / or walks are undertaken in the early morning and late afternoon - evening. The middle of your day is left for you to decide. Some relaxation is often on the cards for most safari guests, but other activities in the reserve (or nearby) include visiting the wellness centre, an elephant interaction programme or a visit to the Centre for Endangered Animals. These activities are at an extra cost.

After breakfast depart on a guided tour of the Falls Tour. First stop is the Big Tree - a massive baobab many hundreds of years old with a girth of some 22 meters. The tour continues on to the Falls themselves, starting at Livingstone’s statue and Devil’s Cataract and proceeding through the rainforest to Danger Point. The total walk is 3kms with many spectacular view points along the way. Raincoats are available for hire at additional cost.
In the afternoon you will be collected for a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River including drinks (beer and wine) and light snacks. Transfer to the jetty for a cruise along the Upper Zambezi in the late afternoon. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Zambezi River in relaxation, with local wines, beers, soft drinks and snacks served during the trip. This trip often offers a magnificent chance to witness a spectacular African sunset. Cruise back to the jetty for transfer back to the hotel after sunset.
