On arrival in Maun, clear Botswana immigration. You will be met in the arrival hall and be assisted you to a helicopter flight to your first safari camp - Mokolwane. This is an exciting way to start your safari as you skim over the Okavango Delat with sightings of wildlife from the air possible.

After breakfast and a morning activity, you will will be flown by helicopter to Sable Alley, on the edge of the Okavango Delta. On arrival at the Banoka airstrip, you will be met by a guide for a game drive transfer to Sable Alley Camp. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon activity.
Three days of safari activities from Sable. Activities include game drives, mokoro (water levels permitting) and walking safaris.

In a bid to protect the environment by reducing and eventually eliminating plastic waste the Botswana Government will implement a ban on plastic bags effective 01 November, 2018. Visitors to Botswana must be aware of this regulation and play their part by travelling with eco-friendly alternatives to plastic packaging.
Inter camp flights within Botswana are operated by either Cessna 206 which seat 4 passengers, Airvan that seats 8, or Cessna 208, which seats 10. For safety reasons, these flights have strict luggage limits. You are allowed a maximum of 20kgs (44lbs) per person, in soft sided bags. The luggage compartments are small, and bags must be able to be manipulated into the tight spaces. If you have excess luggage, there are services in Johannesburg that can store bags for you, whilst on safari. We will provide you with all the necessary luggage requirement information.
Your inter-camp flights are on a scheduled (not private) basis, and may involve stops enroute at other safari camps to drop off or collect other passengers. Flight times are determined the day before, and the camp manager will notify you as to what time your flights are.

After breakfast and a morning activity, you will will be flown by light aircraft to the Selinda Reserve. On arrival at the Selinda airstrip, you will be met by a guide for a game drive transfer to Selinda Explorer's. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon activity.
Two days of safari activities from Selinda Explorer. Types of activities include game drives, canoeing (water levels permitting) and walking safaris.
Walking safaris are a highlight at Selinda, allowing you get out on foot in the African bush, with an armed professional guide.
