Let us venture beyond the borders of Budapest to explore Szentendre, a picturesque 18th-century village 30-40 minutes away from the capital. Known as the "gate" to the Danube Bend region, this charming town is rich in Baroque architecture, art galleries, and traditional Hungarian handicrafts.
During this 4-hour excursion, enjoy the unique blend of Hungarian history and Mediterranean flair that Szentendre offers.
A highlight of the visit is the renowned Margit Kovács ceramic collection, showcasing the artistry of this celebrated Hungarian artist. Upon returning to Budapest, guests have the remainder of the afternoon free to explore the city further.
