You will be collected at the airport and transferred to your hotel.
We will leave depart Tana early morning and arrive at Saha Forest Camp for lunch. After checking in and having lunch we will do a short forest walk. A night walk before dinner should hopefully allow us to find Madagascar Scops Owl, Madagascar Nightjar, Collared Nightjar, Goodman’s Mouse Lemur, Rufous Mouse Lemur, Hairy-eared Dwarf Lemur, Greater Dwarf Lemur, chameleons and several species of geckos.
We will undoubtedly wake to the haunting calls of the Indri accompanied by the raucus Cuckoo-Roller. After breakfast we will head back into the forest where we will spend the day looking for and photographing all the spectacular fauna and flora this forest holds.
Another nightwalk before dinner will hopefully add some new species to our list.
We will do one last forest walk to find any species we might have missed the previous days. After lunch we will drive back to Tana.
