Upon arrival at the Windhoek International Airport, meet and greet by your local Africa Mosaic Safaris guide, followed by transfer to Windhoek. A short city tour of Windhoek prior to checking in at the Hotel.



Depart from Windhoek via the scenic route over the Khomashochland and Kuiseb Pass into the Namib Desert towards the Atlantic Ocean.

Depart Damaraland towards Etosha National Park. If time permits, an afternoon visit into the Park is possible.

Game viewing through Etosha from west to east. Visiting various waterholes along the route and the gigantic salt pan. Depart the park prior to sunset.



After a leisurely drive through communal land, past woodcarvers and potters, you reach the Okavangoriver, being the border between Namibia and Angola. Optional boat cruise at sunset on the Okavango.

Continue through the Caprivi, now Bwabwata National Park. Keep your eyes open for elephants, cattle and donkeys crossing the road.

Todays journey takes you through Botswana to Zimbabwe. Please make enough time for the possible prolonged border crossings.

About an hour's drive through teak and mopane woodland, Hwange National Park awaits. At 14,600sq km, Hwange is a large, pristine and scenic game reserve.

Along with its size comes great diversity of habitats and Hwange is known for its high wildlife and bird populations. With 420 bird species and 105 mammals recorded it is one of the most diverse game reserves in Africa.

Continuing south west, you will cross into Botswana again and clear customs and immigration. Todays destination Chobe National Park , home of great herds of elephant and plenty of lion and plains game.
On the way: The drive is through a game park so keep your eyes peeled for elephants.



Chobe Game Reserve is one of the most famous game reserves in Africa and rightly so. The park has the Chobe river as its lifeblood and features the largest herds of elephant found anywhere on earth. In addition lions, leopards, lesser predators and scores of plains species abound; birding is excellent with over 400 species and several rarities.



Chobe Game Park / Kasane Village.
