When you land at Arusha, you will then board your connecting flight to Katavi National Park. Once you land at Katavi, you will be met by your guide and transferred to the lodge which will be your home for the first 3 nights of your safari.
Morning and afternoon shared game drives
After your last morning game drive and breakfast in Katavi, time permitting, you will catch a flight to Mahale Mountain National Park, which is where you will go in search of the chimpanzees. You can enjoy an afternoon boat cruise when you arrive.
Safari activities in Mahale include chimpanzee trekking and boat cruises
After your last breakfast and safari activity in Mahale (time permitting) you will catch a flight back to Arusha, from where you can fly home. We hope you have enjoyed your time exploring the less travelled parks of Tanzania
