Visit Pisac Archaeological Site and Calca Market (from Sacred Valley)
High in the Sacred Valley, the archaeological site of Pisac stretches across well-preserved terraces that follow the natural shape of the mountain. Once an important ceremonial and agricultural centre, it holds the only known Inca sun dial outside of Machu Picchu, overlooking a valley still guided by its cycles.
Further down, Calca offers a closer look at everyday life. Its market is active and authentic, with stalls offering herbs, flowers and seasonal produce. Tradition here is lived rather than displayed, forming a natural part of the community’s daily rhythm.
Please allow approximately four hours for the entire experience.
Gourmet box lunch en route

Lake Huaypo Kayaking & Biking to Maras
Begin your day on the serene waters of Lake Huaypo with a peaceful kayaking experience, surrounded by breathtaking Andean scenery and the chance to spot rare bird species. After a gourmet outdoor lunch, continue your adventure on mountain bikes, riding toward the awe-inspiring salt mines of Maras and passing through quiet villages where daily life unfolds in harmony with the land.
Please allow approximately two hours for kayaking, three hours for biking, and up to seven hours for the entire experience.
Pack shoes that can get wet and a change of clothes for the lake activity.

Explore Machu Picchu
Meet your guide at the exit of the train station or in the lobby of your hotel for a short walk to the bus station and a 20-minute bus ride up to Machu Picchu Citadel (elevation: 8,000 ft. – 2,432 m.a.s.l.). Scratching the surface of the heavens from its place atop the grandest of mountaintop pedestals, it is easy to lose yourself in the mystique and grandeur of this enigmatic citadel. Soak in the energy and atmosphere of one of the most significant archeological sites on the planet while your guide helps you uncover the secrets behind key areas of interest such as the Sun Dial, the Guard House, the Sacred Plaza and the Temple of the Sun.
