Arrival Salalah
Upon arrival at the Airport you will be met and transferred to the hotel . Relax at the hotel for couple of hours as we’ll start exploring Salalah later afternoon.
in the late afternoon visit the Biblical “Nabi Ayoub” Prophet Job’s Tomb, perched high up in the “Jebels” (mountains). En-route are spectacular views of the plains, mountain landscape and emerald green pastureland. Proceed to Mughsail Beach where “Blow-holes”- (perforations in the limestone rock) through which sea water gushes during high tide.
On the way back to the hotel we’ll visit haffa souq.

After breakfast, visit the fishing village of Taqa, an old town with an interesting castle surrounded by watchtowers and Taqa stone houses. Proceed onward to Khor Rori creek, the site of the ruined city of Samhuram and capital of ancient Arabia’s frankincense trade. Excavations have produced evidence of an ancient city with trade links by sea to Far Eastern destinations and with even distant Greece. Mirbat, the ancient capital of Dhofar, was an important town as early as the 9th century for it’s trade in frankincense, horses and slaves. See some of the old houses famous for its woodcarvings. If lucky see boatloads of fish arriving into the harbor. One of Dhofar’s best-known historic sites is Bin Ali’s Tomb. The twin domed structure; tomb of Mohamed bin Ali who died in 1135 AD is a fine example of medieval architecture.

Proceed on a full day tour to UBAR. The ruins of the fabled city of Ubar, chronicled in classical works as the “Atlantis of the sands” are among a series of exciting archaeologists’ excavations currently underway along the route. In the Rub-Al Khali (The empty quarter) area. We’ll visit Wadi Dawka (UNESCO World heritage site) known as the Frankincense Wadi, which is also well-known as the biggest collection of the naturally grown Frankincense trees in the region.

After breakfast, visit Al Baleed Museum quickly. We’ll also stop at Al Husn Souq for a photo-stop from outside.
You will be then transferred to the Salalah airport to board flight for Muscat.
Upon arrival at Muscat Airport transferred to the hotel.

After breakfast you will proceed to visit the Grand Mosque, highlight of the Muscat city. Completed in 2001, Grand Mosque is a beautiful building which looks modern but shows that modern craftsmen have retained the skills necessary to create this wonderful traditional environment. The handmade carpets, the chandeliers, the ceiling of the great dome in the main prayer room are absolute 'must sees'.
You will proceed to Bait Al Zubair Museum is a brief introduction that traces Oman’s history and development. Drive along the waterfront Corniche visiting the bustling Muttrah Souq. You will proceed for a photo stop to the magnificent Al Alam Palace, official palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts Mirani & Jalali.
Post tour back to the hotel.

Grand Mosque Muscat

After breakfast, you will depart to Wahiba Sands via the scenic and rugged coastal route. This tour offers breathtaking glimpses of the blue waters of the Gulf of Oman offset by pristine white beaches.
You will drive past the fishing village of Quriyat. There is a good chance of spotting Flamingos and Eagles at an inland stream. Visit the picturesque Wadi Arabayeen with its deep pools of water set among the date palms. You will then proceed to the Bimah sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with blue green water at the bottom.
Arrive Sur and check-in at the hotel.
After an early dinner, you will drive to Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve. Hopefully you will see the huge rare green turtles pulling themselves out of the sea and up the beach to lay their eggs.

After Breakfast you will visit the Dhow building yard, where traditional dhow is still build and you can have a close look on manufacturing process. You will continue your drive to Wadi Bai Khalid one of most picturesque Wadi in Oman.
Enjoy your time here, relax or swim and spend some time with nature.
Post visit you will drive to Wahiba Sands.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Muscat International Airport for a flight to London with many memories to share.
