You will be met by your guide early in the morning to head east out of Quito. Once inside the reserve you can see old lava flows and moraine deposits as well as a wealth of birdlife - if lucky you may even see condors soaring the thermals. The real highlight though would be to see the monstrous Antisana glacial peak.
We disembark at Laguna Mica for 2-3 hours trekking through the unique paramo (Andean grasslands) scenery before departing the park and heading on to the small town of Papallacta where you will stay overnight at the hot springs resort.

Enjoy the whole day at leisure to soak in the crystal clear hot springs, enjoy the on-site spa (treatments not included), or if feeling more active then trek the selfguided trail that begins at the hot spring resort.
Mid-afternoon our driver will collect you for the return journey to Quito.
Bear in mind that if you want a spa treatment, you should book it as soon as you arrive at the resort the night before.
