Tonight, enjoy a group dinner at Le Petit Chateau Restaurant. Enjoy a fondue dinner with crepes for dessert!
After dinner, enjoy a walk on Dufferin Terrace with its graceful gazebos and statue honouring Samuel de Champlain. With the Chateau Frontenac as a backdrop and the St. Lawrence and Petit Champlain below, there's no better place to be to appreciate the strategic position of Quebec.

Experience a culinary art course
This culinary class offers an immersive experience, beginning with 45 minutes of hands-on cooking to prepare two tapas-style courses (appetizer and main). It continues with 45 minutes in a pastry workshop that combines demonstration and participation, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy the dishes prepared.
After lunch, head to Canyon Sainte-Anne Park. This magnificent gorge carries the Ste-Anne-Du-Nord River towards the St. Lawrence. There are three bridges, the Giants’ Kettle Whirlpool and a 74-meter-high waterfall. Take in the sights from 60 m above the river on the McNicoll Bridge or head to the bottom of the Canyon and walk along the Laurent Bridge (this can only be accessed by going down and back up 187 steps!) Continue to explore the Canyon by hiking to several observation points. Zipling included.
Return to your hotel to get ready for dinner and evening activities.

After dinner, take a guided tour in the heart of Wendake, a poetic forest journey awaits you. Begin within the Great Circle, then travel across the back of the Turtle, around the heart of a traditional longhouse, through the village and among the stars. Along the way, the Wendat language will come to life, as stories are told in light and songs infuse every step.of the breath-taking historic streets of Québec City.

Enjoy your third Culinary Art Course
This culinary class offers an immersive experience, beginning with 45 minutes of hands-on cooking to prepare two tapas-style courses (appetizer and main). It continues with 45 minutes in a pastry workshop that combines demonstration and participation, followed by 30 minutes to enjoy the dishes prepared.
After lunch, head to the Huron Wendat village. Discover the history, culture and lifestyle of the Hurons of the past and present. During your guided tour you will visit a long house, sweat lodge and hear about transportation, traditions and survival technique.
Then transfer to Musée de la civilization for a guided tour.
This guided tour begins with the archeological elements and the historical structures integrated into the Musée’s modern building. Located near the birthplace of New-France, the Musée still bears traces of its maritime, commercial and architectural history. The Musée’s mission and its approach to highlight the important collections in its care are also mentioned.
