Split is one of the most visited destinations in Croatia.  One of the first inhabitants of Split was the Roman emperor Diocletian who started to build his palace in this friendly bay around 293 AD. After his abdication, he withdrew to this luxurious palace of about 30 thousand square meters. The following turbulent centuries made the palace into a town, first populated by the citizens from nearby Salona.

The ruins of Diocletian's Palace, built between the late 3rd and the early 4th centuries A.D., can be found throughout the city. The importance of Diocletian's Palace far transcends local significance because of its level of preservation and the buildings of succeeding historical periods, starting in the Roman period, which form the very essence of old Split. The palace is one of the most famous and integral architectural and cultural buildings on the Croatian Adriatic coast.

HVAR ISLAND & PAKLENI ARCHIPELEGO 

You will stop at two locations today during your private cruise. First stop is island Hvar – the most visited Croatian island, the “king” of all 1244 Croatian islands. KORCULA ISLAND

MLJET ISLAND

Next up on your way while gently cruising on the Adriatic, is island Mljet. The rarest of all Croatian islands – an untouched beauty of balanced energy.

Mljet is a fascinating National Park and greenest of all Croatian islands. An equilibrium of untouched beauty. It guards the last untouched Mediterranean forest, the biggest coral reef on Adriatic and Odyssey’s cave. Filled with gargantuan agave plants and Mediterranean herbs, the whole island is a wild paradise. We suggest you pay a visit to Odyssey’s cave, where you can enter by a small boat and wait for the extraordinary light effect that happens when sun rays hit the sea surface. ELAPHITI ISLAND

Strung out between Dubrovnik and Peljesac peninsula, Elaphites islands got their name from a Roman geographer Pliny the Elder, who lived and worked in the first century AD. They were mentioned in his 37-volume Historia Naturalis and since then they didn’t stop to fascinate everyone who ever saw them. They were a part of the great Dubrovnik Republic in the 14th century. Today, only three of them are inhabited – Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan – each of them supporting a modern tourist industry.

DISEMBARK IN DUBROVNIK 

At the end of this perfect private cruise, it is time to disembark your Yacht at Dubrovnik harbour. You will meet your driver there who will transfer you to your hotel for check-in.

TOUR HISTORICAL DUBROVNIK

Ragusa, historical city that later developed into Dubrovnik, had one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe, founded in 1317 within the Franciscan monastery. COUNTRYSIDE EXPERIENCE IN KONAVLE

It is time to explore the dreamy countryside around region Konavle. This tour will take you along the coast above Dubrovnik and “mingle” with many beautiful places on the way.

First quick stop will be on Orsula – the best panoramic viewpoint in the area. After taking a few iconic pictures, you will proceed towards Cavtat where you will take a pleasant stroll around the town and visit famous Racic family mausoleum. 

Your next stop is Crvik winery for some exceptional wine tasting and snacks to prepare you for the final destination and a lunch break in Cilipi. There you will taste local wine and snacks at wine producers’ family cellar. After wine tasting tour continues up to the hills where fortress Sokol is situated.

After the sightseeing of the fortress, you will continue to one of the finest agritourism’s in Cilipi where you will have traditional lunch and tour of the estate.
