SLF012-7 Day Vic Falls & Hwange

Upon your arrival at the Victoria Falls Airport you will be met by your transfer driver who will take you through to your lodge for the next two nights, the Victoria Falls River Lodge.

With its choice of luxury accommodation options, Victoria Falls River Lodge caters to a wide range of preferences and is the ideally located to enable guests to participate in a significant variety of leisure and recreational activities (both on and off site) or simply sit back and unwind whilst enjoying the surrounding scenery.

This afternoon we venture out on a sunset cruise on the Zambezi.  Sit back and let the gentle ebb and flow of the Zambezi lull and relax you.  Join in on Mother Nature’s Happiest Hour by sipping on a sun-downer in whilst viewing her creatures, big and small, coming to the water’s edge to lap at its liquid life under molten skies.

Today you will go on an early morning game drive and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi, with the option of taking a town transfer in between for a visit by yourself to the Victoria Falls.

Today you will go on another early morning game drive and sunset cruise on the Zambezi, with the option of relaxing at the lodge in the midday or do one of the optional third party activities available in the Victoria Falls area.

After breakfast you will be collected by your driver that will take you by road all the way to Hwange Main Camp, where you will be met by your guide who will transfer you the rest of the ay to your lodge in Hwange National Park.  The drive is approximately 2 and a half hours, depending on road conditions on the day and how often we stop.

Little Makalolo lies in the heart of one of the best game viewing areas in Hwange National Park. Overlooking a vibrant waterhole, it offers privacy for guests who enjoy small camps and a sense of remoteness. The camp's six traditional-style tents – including a family unit – are spacious and en-suite, with indoor and outdoor showers. Solar power is used for tent lights and to heat water, ensuring a lighter environmental footprint.

Explore Hwange National Park through a variety of activities while you stay at Little Makalolo. Activities include walking safaris, led by our qualified and passionate guides who will share their knowledge and love of the bush with you, game drives, night drives and cultural visits.

After breakfast you will be met by your driver for the approximate 2 and half hour road transfer back to Victoria Falls, where your tour comes to an end.
