Upon arrival in Kilimanjaro International Airport, our guide will meet you outside the terminal and transfer to the lodge to overnight.
After breakfast, you will be driven to Tarangire National park and arrival to the camp for lunch. Game drives on the way.
Please note that we will use photo safari land cruiser for this entire safari, equipped with bean bags for lenses, gimbals if required, charging stations in the vehicle, exterior car shelves for lenses support. We can also remove seats from the car if required for more room.

Tarangire also provides opportunity for night game drives and walking safaris if there is an interest. The night skies shots can be very interesting with baobab trees on the foreground.

Today will be a long drive to Southern Serengeti.
During February, the wildebeest are on the short grass plains of the southeast part of the ecosystem, grazing and giving birth to approximately 500,000 calves in 2 to 3 weeks. Few calves are born ahead of time and of these, hardly any survive, largely because very young calves are more noticeable to predators when mixed with older calves from the previous year.
This is the calving season for the wildebeests. The southern Serengeti plains provide ample grazing for the large herds, and you'll have a chance to see the newborn calves alongside other wildlife. This is also the time when predator action is high, as they take advantage of the vulnerable young animals.
From June to December, this area is great for big cats, kopjes, and resident animals. Kichakani also moves up North in June so this will a great time to photograph Mara River crossings.

Today you will drive to Namiri area of Eastern Serengeti. This is a prime location for big cats and photographers dream since there are lots of kopjes and almost no safari vehicles. Its not unusual to see up to 30 lions in a matter of 3h.

This is your last day. You will board the plane in Seronera for your flight to Arusha. Our driver will pick you up, transfer to the hotel for day room and lunch, and then drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight bakc home.
