SG028 -7 Day Victoria Falls & Hwange National Park

Upon your arrival at the Victoria Falls Airport you will be met by your transfer driver who will take you through to your hotel for the next three nights, the Victoria Falls Hotel.

The Victoria Falls Hotel is one of the world’s Classic five-star hotels and commands a prime location overlooking Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, an acclaimed Natural Wonder of the World.

This afternoon we venture out on a sunset cruise on the Zambezi.  Sit back and let the gentle ebb and flow of the Zambezi lull and relax you.  Join in on Mother Nature’s Happiest Hour by sipping on a sun-downer whilst viewing her creatures, big and small, coming to the water’s edge to lap at its liquid life under molten skies

A full day in the adventure hub of Victoria Falls, where we start the morning with a tour to the iconic Victoria Falls, before having the rest of the day at leisure to  partake in a variety of optional activities or just enjoy the facilities of the hotel.

Another day spent at leisure to partake in the many optional activities available or just relax next to the pool.

In the late afternoon we embark on the Bushtracks Express, for an old style steam train safari experience, before retiring to the hotel for the evening.

After breakfast you will be collected by your driver that will take you by road all the way to Hwange Main Camp, where you will be met by your Somalisa Guide who will transfer you the rest of the way.   The drive is approximately 3 and a half hours, depending on road conditions on the day and how often we stop.

Hwange National Park is a land of contrasts from dense teak and acacia forest to vast open savannah, offering guests an exhibition of raw and diverse Africa. Somalisa Camp is a place where tranquillity meets adventure. Where one moment you are sipping on your gin and tonic, listening to the distant baritone roar of a lion coalition off on the hunt, and the next you are gazing over at a congregation of elephants at your doorstep, peacefully sharing a sun-downer with you.

Explore Hwange National Park through a variety of activities while you stay at Somalisa Camp. Activities include walking safaris, led by our qualified and passionate guides who will share their knowledge and love of the bush with you, game drives and cultural visits.

Another day at leisure or partaking in any of the included activities at the lodge.

After breakfast you will be met by your driver for the approximate 3 and half hour road transfer back to Victoria Falls, where your tour comes to an end.
