After breakfast at your resort in La Fortuna, you'll transfer to the Monteverde region of Costa Rica. When you arrive at Monteverde, take the afternoon and evening to enjoy nearby Santa Elena, a charming town with Quaker influences known for excellent coffee and cheese. 

Located in Santa Elena downtown, Monteverde Restaurant is the best gastronomic option; where you can taste locally inspired dishes, such as salads, tacos, hamburgers and the house specialty: artisan pizza. The best atmosphere in the Costa Rican Cloud Forest.

After breakfast in Monteverde, you'll begin the 4.5-hour return drive to the capital city of San José. Once you check into your hotel, you will have the rest of night to explore, perhaps taking advantage of anything you may have missed at the beginning of the trip.

A bus from hotel Lirio Lodge will do the pick-up in the Restaurant Sun and Moon in Batan at 9:50am to head to the dock Goshen and then at 11:00am take the boat and will sail on the Tortuguero Canals that take you to the hotel. Lunch in front of the lagoon Mother of God. The hotel is located in Barra del Pacuare. In the afternoon visit the town of Barra Pacuare, or visit to your school, the people and the project of turtles Chelonios located on the beach, then head by boat to the mouth of the Pacuare River, and visit the wetland, which is very important because it is home to plenty of wildlife, then head to the hotel to dine.  You can see turtles near the hotel and visit for free.Includes: Accommodation Full-Board Tour with Guide.
