You will be met at Skukuza Airport and then transferred to Rhino Post Safari Lodge, where you will spend your first night on safari. After settling in at the lodge, you will head out on your first shared afternoon game drive.

After breakfast, you will check out of Rhino Post Safari Lodge and enjoy a shared morning game drive en-route to Rhino Plains Camp in the Kruger National Park, where you will stay for the next 2 nights. Settle in and then go out on a guided afternoon walking safari combined with a short game drive back to the lodge after sundowners.

The focus at this camp is on walking safaris, to totally immerse yourself in nature and to understand how the whole eco system works together. Wake up early and venture out on a guided morning walk in the bush, and then come back to a hot breakfast.
After breakfast, relax and read a book, or take a nap or a swim at the lodge pool. In the afternoon, you will go out on another guided walking safari, followed by a sundowner and then a short game drive back to the lodge.
Plains Camp has a fantastic tree house sleep out option available as well, which can be prebooked without any additional charge for a group of 4 or more. If you are interested, please let us know so we can request it for you.
Shared morning and afternoon walking safari
After your last guided walking safari (time permitting) and breakfast, you will be transferred back to Skukuza Airport to catch your flight to your next destination.
We will be happy to help with any add-on travel arrangements within Africa, such as Cape Town or Victoria Falls.
