Arrive in Corumbá in the morning. Then, head for lunch (not included). After lunch, check into the Nacional Hotel and take a short break. At 3:30 pm, join a cultural tour, walking through the historic part of the Pantanal's capital. Return to the hotel at 6:00 pm for an overnight stay (dinner not included).
Pack your bags and enjoy a good breakfast. At 7:30 am, check out and head to the port for boarding. Our boat journey along the Paraguay River begins at 8:00 am (a 2-hour ride to Jatobazinho, our first stop). At 10:15 am, we visit the Pantanal School in Jatobazinho. After the visit, we continue navigating the crystal-clear waters of the Paraguay-Mirim River. We aim to arrive at Acurizal around 3:30 pm for accommodations. In the evening, embark on a light trail (approximately 20 minutes) to catch the sunset. Return to the Acurizal base. At 7:30 pm, there's a briefing for the next day, followed by dinner at 8:00 pm. After dinner, it's time to rest.
Start your day with breakfast at 6:00 am, and at 7:00 am, head out for the South Trail (12km/ 7,5 miles round trip, flat terrain, moderate level, approximately 4 hours duration). At the end of the trail, we'll reach Vale da Acurizal. You can ride back to the boat either on a bicycle or a 4WD vehicle. Lunch and rest are at 12:00 pm. At 3:30 pm, embark on a kayaking adventure in Acurizal Bay or the Paraguay River. Briefing for the next day starts at 7:30 pm, followed by dinner at 8:00 pm. After dinner, it's time to unwind and rest.
Kick off the day with breakfast at 6:30 am, and at 7:30 am, hop on a 3-hour river tour to observe the wildlife and flora up to the Pantanal National Park. Head back to the lodge for lunch, followed by some downtime. In the afternoon, at 3:30 pm, venture out to meet the local artisans of Barra do São Lourenço. Return to Acurizal Reserve and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. At 7:30 pm, catch up on plans for the next day in a brief meeting, followed by dinner at 8:00 pm. After dinner, it's time to unwind.
Start your day with breakfast at 4:30 am, and at 5:30 am, embark on a boat trip to Eliezer Batista Reserve (about 1 hour by boat). At 7:00 am, head out for the Morrinhos Trail (6 km /3,7 miles round trip, moderate to difficult with a steep climb at the end), offering a stunning view of the Pantanal plain from a height of 190 meters (623 feet). Return to Acurizal Reserve at 11:00 am for lunch and some relaxation. At 3:30 pm, set off on a river safari to GaívaBay, catching the sunset. At 7:30 pm, get briefed on the plans for the next day, followed by dinner at 8:00 pm. After dinner, it's time to unwind.
Enjoy breakfast at 6:00 am, and make sure your bags are ready to go, as we'll be setting off for Corumbá at 7:00 am. We're expected to arrive in Corumbá around noon, giving you time for lunch before continuing to your next destination.
