Afternoon Activity: BRAHMAN HILLS LEGACY GARDEN
Discover The Serenity Garden — a breathtaking, world-class experience unlike anything the world has seen before. This ground-breaking landscape invites you to find yourself in the serenity of nature.
At its heart lies a world record-breaking 22-hectare labyrinth, designed not just as a path to walk, but as a journey to awaken the senses and quiet the mind. Wander along meditation trails, explore the delicate beauty of the Orchid House, and discover the depth of African creativity. Pause at the Viewing Platform, breathe in the stillness at the contemplation deck, and follow the gentle flow of the way of water walkways — each space crafted to restore balance and ignite inspiration. This is not just a garden. It’s a living masterpiece — a place where innovation meets serenity, and every step reveals the extraordinary.

After the garden walk about, you will have dinner at the hotel (your own account).

Fresh ingredients are essential, and being able to pick from the gardens minutes before serving is a real pleasure. For the most exotic tastes, Richard spends hours hunting down local and imported ingredients of the highest quality – flying in fresh salmon from Norway and procuring genuine Parma hams and cheeses from Italy.

After breakfast, check out and meet your guide in the foyer. He will transfer you to Nambiti Private Game Reserve for a 3-nights safari escape at Lions Valley Lodge.

After check-in, you will head to the main lodge to meet your ranger for your afternoon game drive, the most magical time in the bush as you watch the light dip and the bush comes alive. 

After your drive, you will return to the lodge for a scrumptious dinner before you retire to bed.

A TYPICAL DAY AT LIONS VALLEY LODGE
Your day will start with an early morning wake-up call. It's time to gather for a quick beverage and snack before heading into the bush, in time to catch Africa awakening, from bird calls to animal herds getting ready to forage for the day. You will stop for a small refreshment break, drinking in the sunrise. 

On arrival at the lodge, a hearty breakfast will be served. You can return to your rooms for a "lion siesta"... full tummies and lying flat for the day!  

This afternoon, you will be amazed at the tummy grumbles as it is time for lunch before you are ready to board the vehicle again. With the wind in your hair and hawk eyes activated, it's off to spot the BIG5 (and little 5) in action.   The afternoons are the best in the bush as the sunset drops your jaw and leaves you in awe.

Dinner will be served on your return to the lodge.

After check-out at around 10h00, your ranger will be waiting to transfer you to the main gate, where our guide will be waiting to transfer you to Umhlanga. We have booked you for the next 3 nights at the world-famous Oyster Box Hotel in Umhlanga, for your experience in South Africa’s Spice City.

Day at leisure to discover what the Spice City offers.

Suggestions for how to spend the day:
Early morning walk/jog on the Umhlanga Promenade, alongside the sea
Breakfast at the hotel
Enjoy a relaxed morning at the swimming pool or perhaps enjoy a spa treatment 
Later afternoon shopping at The Gateway Theatre of Shopping
Dinner at The Chefs Kitchen, Umhlanga

Breakfast at the hotel
Visit to Botanical Gardens & lunch stop at 9th Avenue Marine RNYC
Dinner at Grimaldi's Cucina & Sushi Bar 
 

It's your last day. After breakfast and check out, please meet your driver at the foyer for your road transfer to King Shaka International Airport, in time for your flight home.
