Tour through the splendid Ballena Marine National Park. Where you can enjoy the amazing views of Costa Ballena, while searching for marine life such as dolphins and whales (in season), turtles and birds. In addition, you will be able to snorkel and visit the beautiful Caverns of Playa Ventanas.

Traveling south along Costa Rica's beautiful Pacific coast, Dominical appears amidst deep vegetation, deserted beaches, a cool blue ocean, and fantastic waves. The rainforest, whales, waterfalls, and tranquility of the area have become the recognized characteristics of this beach town in Costa Ballena, the famous whale tail formed by a piece of land, is a great attraction. The big waves are ideal for surfing, the magnificent areas and facilities for nature and adventure tours can be taken from Dominical to the neighboring places of great scenic beauty, such as the Ballena Marine National Park, Nauyaca waterfalls and the nearby hills that offer spectacular views of the entire coastal area. Near Dominical, the small towns of Uvita and Ojochal, add to the variety of hotels and restaurants that allow visitors to fully enjoy this wonderful part of the country.
