Day 1: Galaxy Diver II

After arriving at Seymour (Baltra) Airport, the crew will greet you and transfer you to the yacht.

You’ll enjoy a delicious lunch, settle into your cabin, and then go over the important park guidelines to help preserve this unique environment. Next, you'll do a safety drill and check dive to get comfortable with the equipment. Then, you're ready to explore the pristine waters and encounter incredible marine life. Get ready for an unforgettable experience!

Day 2: Galaxy Diver II

As the sun rises on your first day aboard the Galaxy Diver, you’ll dive into the crystal-clear waters of Punta Carrion. Surrounded by schools of hammerhead sharks and, if you're lucky, whale sharks (June to December), you’ll also encounter playful sea lions and colorful tropical fish. Keep an eye out for hidden seahorses in the reef.

After the dive, you'll enjoy lunch onboard and then set sail for Wolf Island, beginning your 14-hour journey through the Galapagos Sea.

Day 3: Galaxy Diver II

Your first stop is the stunning Shark Bay, where you’ll encounter majestic Galapagos sharks, eagle rays, and playful sea lions. These magnificent creatures will take your breath away with their graceful movements.

After the thrilling dive, you’ll head to La Banana, another fantastic spot to explore the Galapagos’ abundant marine life. Expect to see sea lions darting and spinning around you in their natural environment.

Next, you’ll dive at La Ventana Islet and El Derrumbe, two sites teeming with colorful fish, turtles, and sea stars. The underwater world here is truly magical, and you’ll be immersed in its beauty.

Day 4: Galaxy Diver II

Today, you’ll dive into the breathtaking waters of El Arenal, one of the best dive sites in the world. Located near Darwin's Arch, this site offers moderate to strong currents and depths ranging from 46 to 121 ft, with visibility between 40 to 80 ft. As you descend, you’ll be surrounded by the incredible biodiversity of the Galapagos underwater world.

Next, you'll head to Darwin's Tower (also known as Darwin’s Arch), one of the most iconic dive spots globally. Here, you’ll encounter vibrant coral, schools of colorful fish, and the majestic hammerhead sharks, whose graceful movements will leave you in awe. Diving at Darwin's Tower is an unforgettable experience, immersing you in the beauty of this underwater wonderland.

Day 5: Galaxy Diver II

Your first dive of the day takes you to El Arenal, where vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life await. As you explore, you may encounter dolphins feeding on schools of fish, hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, rays, Galapagos sharks, and even tiger sharks or killer whales. The geological formations here are just as stunning as the marine life.

You'll head to El Derrumbe, known for its underwater cliffs and caves. Here, you’ll see green turtles, sea lions, eagle rays, and the rare opportunity to dive with bull sharks, one of the few places in the world where they can be found in shallow waters.

Your final dive takes you to Shark Bay, famous for its incredible marine life. You'll encounter Galapagos sharks, eagle rays, and sea lions, with the chance to see whale sharks between July and November. Witnessing these gentle giants is a rare and unforgettable experience, capping off an incredible day of diving.

Day 6: Galaxy Diver II

First, you’ll dive at Douglas Cape, where you’ll see marine iguanas feeding on algae underwater.. The waters around Douglas Cape are teeming with marine life, including red-lipped batfish, Galapagos penguins, flightless cormorants, and sea lions.

Next, you'll head to Vicente Roca Point, located on Isabela Island's northwest coast. Known for its colorful corals and gorgonians, this site is perfect for macro life enthusiasts. Keep an eye out for seahorses, nudibranchs, toadfish, and possibly the elusive Mola Mola, the world’s largest bony fish. You may also encounter penguins, flying cormorants, green turtles, and even a cat shark. The stunning coral formations and rich marine life here will leave you in awe.

Day 7: Galaxy Diver II

You'll enjoy your last dive at Cousin Rock, one of the most colorful sites in the Galapagos. Vibrant coral walls and gorgonians create the perfect backdrop for encounters with seahorses, reef fish, and nudibranchs. Keep an eye out for curious coral hawks darting around the reef. As you dive deeper, you might spot a school of eagle rays or a white-tip shark resting in the crevices. If you're lucky, mobulas and barracudas may pass by, and playful sea lions will invite you to join their underwater games.

After lunch, you’ll disembark and head to a reserve in the Santa Cruz Highlands, where you'll have the chance to see the iconic Galapagos Tortoise in its natural habitat. While walking through the lush vegetation, you may also spot other highland residents, like the elusive Galapagos Rail or the vibrant Vermilion Flycatcher.
