Days 1 - 3: Greater Moremi

Upon your arrival at Maun International Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred by road to your accommodation, the wonderful Mankwe Tented Retreat (Optional helicopter flight transfer available). Here, you will spend the next three nights. Situated on a private concession east of the Moremi Game Reserve, the lodge is surrounded by mopane trees and expansive wilderness. The elevated Meru-style tented suites are designed with understated elegance, offering sweeping views of the bush from private decks, blending rustic charm with contemporary comfort. 

During your stay at Mankwe Tented Retreat you will have the opportunity to partake in game drives to areas such as Moremi Game Reserve, Khwai Game reserve as well as the Chobe Corridor.

 

Days 4 - 6: Okavango Delta

After breakfast, you will road transfer to Khwai Airstrip for your flight to Delta Camp. The camp lies on the southwestern edge of Chiefʼs Island in the heart of the spectacular Okavango Delta. The chalets seamlessly blend into their environment and offer astonishing views of the landscape and floodplains scattered among the forest of palms.

Over the next three days you can truly connect with the natural world at Delta Camp since all activities are conducted without assistance from motors. You will have the opportunity to explore this incredible area on foot with guided walks as well as mokoro excursions that provide game viewing opportunities, with an abundance of species that can be spotted.

Days 7 - 9: Kazuma Forest Reserve

After breakfast you will transfer by road to the airstrip where you will fly to Kasane Airport. On arrival you will enjoy lunch before departing for your cruise on the Chobe River (please note that Chobe Cruise included is dependent on arrival time). After this, you will be transferred to Camp Kuzuma, an intimate safari lodge situated in the Chobe region of Botswana. You will have the opportunity to either relax on your own private deck or at the pool area, before an afternoon game drive on our concession. 

The next day is spent on game drives on our 11,000-hectare concession.  The area is known as one of the busiest elephant corridors in the world, with large herds passing through regularly. Lions, buffalo, and other plains game also roam the Chobe region, providing excellent opportunities for sightings during game drives. 

Day 10: End of Itinerary

Our safari ends after breakfast. You will be transferred by road to Kasane Airport in time for your departure flight. We hope to welcome you again one day on another of our African adventures!
