Upon your arrival into Kigali International Airport, you will be provided with fast-track assistance through customs and immigration formalities, before being escorted to your waiting dmAFRICA private vehicle with driver guide, which will be transferring you by road for a journey of approximately 2 hours 30 minutes to your accommodation at the Bisate Lodge in the Parc National des Volcans, arriving in time for lunch. You’ll be staying overnight at the Bisate Lodge in your luxury room on a full board basis. Your afternoon will be at your leisure to relax at the Bisate Lodge. (NOTE: As in all airports in the World, at times of heightened security, including visits by Heads of State etc., our Fast Track intentions may be adapted to suit the situation of the day. In this instance you will be met at the immigration desk by your VIP representative).

After an early breakfast at the Bisate Lodge, you will be driven to the Parc National des Volcans headquarters to receive a briefing and commence your gorilla trek!
The gorilla trek itself follows the below schedule:
-Early morning start of your exhilarating day spent gorilla trekking. The ranger station is approximately a drive of one hour from the lodge.
-Before 8 am report to the ranger station for registration and a safety talk by one of the rangers; the guides will then take you through the bush pushing your way through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers, to track the gorillas.
-The trek can take from half an hour to 7 hours – a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as a sturdy pair of walking shoes.
-Once you are close to the group, the guides will ask you to leave behind your bags as no food items should be carried close to the gorillas.
-Just take your cameras with you as you are about to meet the gentle giants!
-Sit in the forest amongst the gorillas, listening to them grumble to each other and marvel at the sheer size of the dominant male; the silverback.
-It is an extraordinary feeling sitting in the dense rainforest knowing you are with a few of the last remaining mountain gorillas – sadly enough there are only about 650 of these beautiful creatures left.
-You are allowed exactly one hour with the gorillas before returning to the base station.
-Please note: Your guide will explain that it is forbidden to approach the gorillas closer than 5 meters, to feed them or to use flash photography.
-Likewise for your and their safety! You will be accompanied by armed guards which guarantee your safety in an area where wild buffaloes are sighted.
-While walking, please feel free to ask guides to slow down if they are going too fast and if you need a rest. - There is the additional option to hire porters on site.
-The Rwanda Wildlife Authority does not allow a trekking when you are sick as gorillas are very susceptible to human diseases. Should you feel sick the day of the trek, we urgently advise you to abide this rule. To receive a 50% refund of the permit cost, you MUST get a doctor’s report that day (please ask your guide to arrange this for you).
-We must also stress that, while you have an excellent chance of seeing gorillas, success is NOT guaranteed. They are wild creatures with no fixed routine and finding them requires the skills and experience of your tracker sand guides, as well as luck.
-The trackers and guides have helped to habituate the gorilla groups and know them intimately. They will take you to the area where they left the gorillas the day before.
-Before leaving they may be able to suggest how long the hike might be.
After the trek, you’ll enjoy lunch and can then relax at the Bisate Lodge in the afternoon and for your overnight arrangements on a full board basis in your luxury room.

After an early breakfast, you’ll be heading back to the Parc National des Volcans headquarters, where you can enjoy a trek out in search of the elusive Golden Monkeys. After this, you’ll return to Bisate Lodge for lunch, before finally being transferred back by road to Kigali. In Kigali, you will be staying overnight at the Kigali Serena Hotel in a deluxe room on room & breakfast basis.

After breakfast at the Kigali Serena, you’ll depart heading to the Kigali International Airport where you’ll be connecting with the scheduled service flight to the Lamai Airstrip in Northern Tanzania. The transfer from the Kigali Serena to Kigali International Airport will take approximately 20 minutes. Your flight to the Lamai Airstrip departs Kigali at 06:00 and lands into Lamai at 09:10 (NOTE: Luggage allowance is strictly 15 kilograms per person in soft sided bags)
Upon arrival at the Lamai Airstrip at 09:10, you'll be met by your open sided Singita 4x4 vehicle and driver guide, proceeding to the Singita Mara River Camp with game viewing en route, the journey taking approximately 45 minutes. In the afternoon, you’ll be heading out for game activities. Your overnight arrangements will be at the Singita Mara River Camp in your luxury tented suite.

You will be enjoying three full days of game activities within the Lamai area of the Serengeti National Park in your Singita Open Sided 4x4. Overnight, you shall be staying at the Singita Mara River Camp in your luxury tented suite on a full board basis. Typically, from August - November, we’d anticipate the massive herds of the Great Migration would be in the area, giving you prime seats to the movement of the herds as they cross the Mara River and make their way across the plains with the predators in tow!

After the morning at your leisure at the Singita Mara River Camp, you’ll be transferred to the Lamai Airstrip with game viewing en route in your open sided 4x4 vehicle. From the Lamai Airstrip, you’ll be connecting with your scheduled service flight to the Sasakwa Airstrip.
Upon arrival into Sasakwa Airstrip, you’ll be met by a Singita open sided 4x4 with driver guide and transferred to Singita Faru Faru in the Grumeti Reserves, a private conservation area of comparable size to the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. In the Grumeti Reserves, you’ll be met by your open sided 4x4 Singita vehicle and driver guide that will transfer you to the Singita Faru Faru where you’ll be staying overnight in a luxury suite on a full board basis. In the afternoon you’ll be heading out the Singita Grumeti Reserves for game activities in your open sided 4x4 vehicle.
At Singita Faru Faru, it is possible to enjoy game drives (day & night), guided bush walks and balloon safaris (for an additional cost).

After breakfast at Singita Faru Faru, you depart, heading to the Sasakwa Airstrip, where you’ll be connecting with the scheduled service flight to the Lake Manyara Airstrip. On arrival at the Lake Manyara Airstrip, you’ll be met by your private dmAFRICA 4x4 vehicle with driver guide, that will transfer you for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by road to the Chem Chem Concession, where you’ll be met by your open sided 4x4 vehicle with driver guide from the Chem Chem Lodge, to transfer you the short distance to Chem Chem Lodge.
You will arrive at the Chem Chem Lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you will head out for game activities in the Chem Chem Concession and Tarangire National Park. Your overnight arrangements will be at Chem Chem Lodge on a full board basis in your luxury tented suite.
